An ex con once told me that know one plans on going to prison. If it's your time then it's your time.
You could be riding a bicycle and an old man who has mental problems might jump in front of you, get hit, have a heart attack and die. The cops do no real investigation and you go to court. The judge and jury decide it was manslaughter. Away you go. 10 years. Case closed, everyone else gets honors and promotions, goes home to their families, paychecks received on time.🙁
I am 46 and been getting tattooed since my teens in the late 80s and been 90% covered including my face for about 2 1/2 decades. I never planned on removing anything because ftw but 3-4 years ago I got the tattoos on my face lazered off when all of a sudden it was cool and I was seeing all these children and child like adults with all these tattoos on their face. It made me cringe and I didn’t want to be associated with the fad in any way. What’s funny is most of these people have tattoos on their arms also but if they take off their shirt they have no other tattoos. We never tattooed our faces or heads back in the day until you didn’t have any other real estate on your body. You would have gotten laughed at for doing it and most tattoo artist wouldn’t have done it anyways.

I’m heavily tattooed but would never get my face tattooed. I didn’t even get my hands tattooed until I had my own successful business because even though tattoos are way more acceptable than say 30 years ago (when I first started getting tattooed) some people are still prejudiced against them.

A few trips to county gets you a taste of incarceration and if you are real and like you said, mind your business,and don't gossip. It's straight. Also, the very first time someone tries to apply pressure or extortion, you MUST FIGHT THEM even if you are outnumbered and detoxing. My first fight was my 3rd time in the slammer and I felt shook but I fought both of them about them tryna force me to use my phone Time to call family and bitches. I let my cellie which was my home boy use it and the others applied pressure. We jumped them and I didn't expect him to join in. We were a little dinged up but they were fucked up. After that I got respect. Luckily I didn't go to prison. Good luck in life and I hope you never go back, I sure don't. But if I do, I'd know how to handle things. It's important to be mindful of these things especially if you are an addict and are a hot head. Lmao. That'll get you a spot at the grey bar hotel in time. If I go again it'll be worth it but I'm trying to stay on the straight and narrow so I can continue to succeed and grow. Jail is no place for those of us trying to live better and if something happened to us in there, it would hurt our loved ones even more than having to talk to them over the phone. I cried in my cell after talking to my son the first time we spoke. That's what broke my ass completely down and nobody knew. I'll never forget that and it helps me to stay out of there. If a person doesn't have heart and street smarts, they will be victimized.

Nightmares to people who never get into trouble, work normal 9-5 jobs and aren’t exposed to people who are from the streets and have absolutely no clue about the things that happen and the way they talk and the fighting or just the “lingo in general. They would never be to adapt inside these places and unfortunately a lot of the time decide that suicide is the only option to make it all stop and go away. It’s a horrible situation and when they commit whatever crime that puts them behind bars, this type of stuff is never considered because they don’t even know this type of life exists.

I like to watch shows about prison such as “Lockdown “. It’s interesting to see what goes on, the conditions prisoners live in, the rules the prison has vs the rules the prisoners have, rehabilitation efforts etc, etc, etc. So I’m thinking I know what happens at most of our prisons. Ha! This is the first time I’ve seen one of your videos, great job btw, and boy was I wrong. You explained so well what it means in prison to have face tattoos and why you better be able to back them up along with all the things you explained. Certain words, movements, how you walk and people you spend time with all say something to those around you.

Wow, it's the same in the female prisons in both New Orleans (well, the prison for those of us that get arrested in New Orleans is upstate, but anyway) and CT. Church is for meeting your girlfriend. But in female prisons it's not just f*cking, you have an actual gf (if you meet someone you click with) and it's mutual, not like how some weaker people get turned out in male.prisons. Inevitably the COs find out about your relationship and you get separated, put in different tiers so you sign up to go to church on Sundays and that's where you can meet your gf. During the week to pass kites to each other through the workers that leave the tier in the morning and plan meetings. Like to medical and shit.
