I’m the one who sold Pete the toys. It wasn’t staged or fake. I wanted to clear out some of my collection I had in boxes and wasn’t attached to them . I still have 20 to 25 more at home that are my favorites. I’ve watched Pete for a long time and I know what he pays for items. I know what these toys are worth but I also know he puts a reasonable price on items so he can sell them. The guy that bought the toys also bought the other stuff that Pete didn’t want. It wasn’t about the money We both were happy at the end. If I sell my favorite toys to Pete in the future I might be a little harder on the price😊
You have an impressive collection and you don't need to explain yourself to anyone sir. The locksmith stuff was really cool and you were a locksmith for 40 years wow! Congratulations and thank you for your hard work and dedication. Cheers.
Thank you for stopping by and sharing a bit of your collection and the stories behind it with us! Looking forward to seeing pictures of your collection (I hope Pete puts them up on screen for us).
I've been having health problems lately so I've missed a lot of work. I stumbled upon your channel a couple of months ago. I have now watched every episode you have posted. Today's was definitely up there as one of the best. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me get through some rough times.❤

Yeah!! I love that she's so attentive to what people are saying, it would be funny to hear her making offers for items customers are trying to sell lol
That one piece is definitely a hair curling iron...the fashion was smaller curls in that period. They were heated hanging in the shade of a kerosene lantern much of the time. Usually the key advertising globe was on top of the key cutting machines.
That's the same lady who tried to sell something (I forget what it was, maybe an air compressor?) and there was just old newspapers in the box when Pete opened it up.
I just picked up a beautiful rosewood wall cabinet full of antique medicine "poison" bottles of all kinds. Estate sale score from a former pharmacist and collector. They all have the original notes on each bottle from the pharmacist after he filled prescriptions he would mark it on the bottle with the date. The poison narcotic bottles have the highest values.
Pete likes to say he wants to double his money on each deal. Well on this one he’ll easily triple his money if not make even more. He already got his $650 investment back & he has all the tin toys which are worth around $2K alone.
@@jwwj30 the people who sell to him are free to do their own research and/or sell the items on their own. Pete is a business man, not a charity man. Speaking of charity, he's done plenty of that on his channel. But miserable people like you always seem to love to bash him when he's just trying to make a buck like anyone else. Remember: A fool and their money are soon parted.
@@BurntMike26 I’m far from miserable & my comment was not bashing Pete in the slightest. I was just saying to the original poster about his large profit on this particular transaction. If you’d watch the video, the seller acknowledged he did his research prior to entering the store & knew what his items were worth. PS Pete doesn’t need any wimps like you trying to stick up for him. Go troll your boyfriend’s channel & leave us buyers/sellers to our own decisions.
Is it just me or did it seem that Pete agreed on the prices individually as they looked through the vintage toys etc, and then he backtracked when it was time to add it up? He started the negotiation all over when they should've just added up the list that was written out as the gentleman mentioned. I think the gentleman was too nice to say anything.
Very cool haul Pete.🤔😲😍 The vintage tin wind up toys are really fun to see the graphics and playing with them take me back.🤩❤️ You got a good deal and everyone is leaving happy.🤗 Take care guys.👍🔥❤️💪👌
J Chein Hercules Ferris Wheel Wind-up.. there are multiple versions. Nothing is missing, the bell was dismantled with the screw on the bell because this toy is extremely loud. The clown thru the nose version is worth more maybe $150 but the version you bought maybe $50 -75
I always like your way of doing business with people your honest and straight about it. Even when your not interested you offer suggests on how they can sell it.
Its cool! Depends on! Amazing item!! 10 min later... YOu know, it really doesn't sell too well I'm lucky to get 20 bucks out of it, best i can do is 10 🤣
All the old metal curling irons that I have sold have been that small I don't know if it was for ringlet curls or something about not being self heating or what.
I was in college and the school year was over. I had a big screen tv that i wanted to sell. A friend told me u can sell it at the pawn shop. So i took it down and didn't know the word pawn. I was wondering why i was offered $25 and took it lol. Woulda gotten more if i sold it

The curling iron is for 'Bobbing' your hair, which is creating small curls...maybe.
The old toyes are worth 800 alone
Just the sound of the mechanical toys is worth the price alone. Take me back to a time before my time. :)
Pete kept all the meat on the bone for himself on that deal!!

How can one cat eat so many snacks?
I think Pete has a taste for them too by now 😂
Easy, opens its mouth and nom nom nom nom it's gone.
@qrphfradio7753 but it's not fat so that can't be right 🫠
Dogs & cats are essentially garbage disposals.
I’m sure most are donated/given away. The cat would be super fat if she ate them all😂😂

Thise toys left all meat on the bone for pete 😂
That is some really cool stuff
The globe goes on a key duplicating machine. I have a picture of you want to see it.
Those old toys can bring several hundred dollars. Just depends on the person out there and how bad they want those.
Great episode! Especially the all those toys and locks. Would be great to see what he kept...
Right, I wonder if he has enough at the house to make it worth a road trip from Pete
Great episode Thanks Pete and Crew!
The shooting gallery is from the 70's The gun shot suction cup darts.
Pete stole those tin toys, but then again... The guy agreed to his offer.
I've seen the Pinocchio go between $150-300 on EBAY, sold listings.
The one for $150 had some repair parts, no all original.
All the old metal curling irons that I have sold have been that small I don't know if it was for ringlet curls or something about not being self heating or what.
Hey Pete did you check out the price of coin in the bank you stole ?
Wake-up America and resist complete fucking shit stains as this commenter.
Those are my cats favorite treats too! She completely has an addiction right now.
I never heard Ms. Walters call the cat (Honey) before, that's so funny😅
Love the old toys 👍 💂💂

Love Mike. he has great taste in stuff!! Cheers from Canada
Mike thanks Pete all the time when he buys stuff from him, that's how you know he's awesome. Great dude.
Another great video 👍
Yes, I felt he probably should have offered around a grand for all of it
You did well out that stuff.
He ripped off the guy with toyes
it's for curling straight pubic hair so you don't stab your eyes out....
Finally someone that knows . If your genetics are bad & your pubes grow straight! Not good

I love the recurring Matt Damon character in the fur hood jacket, hes great
Lol you low balled the ish outta guy. Agreed on prices for everything then made him give you a cheaper bundle price
Around the 33:00 mark the guy walking out says thank u .,ms walters replied thank u , awesome stuff
That silk map in that condition is an easy $300 to the right buyer. Let it sit, don’t sell it cheap.
Thank you Mr Gates.
That's a neat vintage cash register! haha
That dude brought in a gold mine for you... I know you're taking chances with everything that that $650 is going to yield a healthy return.
Keep going with this format. Customer transactions. That's why we watch

he did, ryan the coworker won, sorry

Door County intrigued me when he showed his place there.
good one pete 🍻
Usually, a collector has good knowledge about the things he has. I'm surprised this guy was not up on the pieces he brought.
I thought Mike was one of your employees. He is on alot of the videos😂
Those locks with the key that don't open probably just need some WD!
Cork POP gun on the early models and plastic dart gun later.

Hi Craig. Big fan. Was the vacation winner announced? If so, it has to be above board.
hey peter great video dude
Thanks again
The acrobat Pinocchio is worth 300 alone 🤦♂️
