Sir, I think there is a mistake in calculating the commission + gst (40:01) . It should be 20.57 + 18% GST on 20.57 which should be equal to 20.57 + 3.70 = 24.27. Let me know if I am wrong.

Or do you mean your price of Rs85/- for the item already has your profit and you want to know what should be the list price on APP to cover Swiggy/Zomato commissions?
If you run the ad on zomato + additional give some freebie, then there will be a deduction of approx 63%. You hardly make any money rather you loose all your efforts, margin and production cost.

Sir calculation sahi kar rahe hain aap.
But chef ke liye jo calculations kar rahe hain wo reality mein impossible hain.
Jab aap chef hire karte hain toh salary ke hisaab se hire karte hai, Per order share ke hisaab se nahi,
Jaise ki aap ne chef ke liye ₹ 100 ke order me 3 rupees kiya
Maan lete hain ki aap ko din mein 100 orders aate hain ( agar achha chal raha hai toh)
Uss hisaab se chef ka din ki kamai 100 × 3 = 300.
Din ke 300 ke hisaab se koi chef kaam nahi karta hai.
Baaki sab calculation sahi hai.
Lekin aap chef ke liye kabhi bhi sahi se calculate nahi kar sakte, Kyon ki wo salary pe kaam karta hai.

S & Z commission + GST Rs 24.53
Grand total := 58 rs
35+58= 93
Profit = Rs 110-93 = Rs17
Net cost Rs 93 se 40% kiya tab asp total net cost = 93*40/100= Rs 37.2 aaya thik
Agar aapne 93 ×40% kiya tab 37 aaya
Par ab aapne total 129 price rakha hai to us me se 15% discount dena padega to total 93 nhi 109 aayega to net cost 109 Hoga air profit 29 rs hoga

First you have calculated using 110rs as price and got 93rs +17rs profit. But then when you increase the 93rs by 40%, and added 37rs to it, the charges are all changed now right. 🙄
110rs = 17rs profit
130rs = 27rs profit?? How come, it should be lower considering the deductions are now based on 130rs price.
X = {100 × A} ÷ {100 - P}
X , The price for giving in online
A , The price what want to get in shop or in what price you are selling in shop ( it should be included Tax , Promotion and Packing Charges)
P , Percentage
eg : 24 % for S & Z ( the commission)
A = 100 ( just for a example. we should get 100 after the commission )
So apply formula
X = (100 × 100) ÷ (100 - 24)
= 131.578947 rs
if you reduce 24 % of 131.578947 From This answer you will get 100
The same formula again to add the offer ( for example ,with 30 % Off)
In This the A will be the X that what we got before and P will be 30% or what you like to give offer
X = (100 × 131.578947) ÷ (100 - 30)
= 187.969924
so if we are giving the price in online 187.969934
Then if we are reducing the 30% off
it will be 131.578947
And From 131.578947 if we are reducing 24% of commission
Then it will be 100rs will be getting for you
Iike this what amount you want to get after reducing commission and offer ,you have to start the calculation with that (A) 1st and Do one more with the amount what you got the X value in 1st step, 2nd step the depending offers (30% ,40%,50% as your wish ) you can do ,but the value of A will be the value you got in 1st step
To confirm one price ,with commission one step and with offer one step total two steps

You hardly earn anything. If you want orders, you have to run ad + give discounts or freebie + commisions + taxes = loss of the restaurant on any orders.
