- Stepping out into the unknown is daunting to say the least, but I’m really excited to head to Washington DC 🏛️ and begin working on this new chapter as a Lobbyist for the Vaccine injured. I’m extremely grateful to have my health back as much as I do after the last few years, and I’m even more grateful for the opportunity to advocate for those who aren’t able to represent themselves.
My biggest goal over the next 4 months is to reduce the stigma around this topic, create public awareness, and help politicians understand the nuances around the issues we face in getting recognition and compensation due to the passing of the prep act and the emergency use authorization.

I’m extremely grateful to have my health back as much as I do after the last few years, and I’m even more grateful for the opportunity to advocate for those who aren’t able to represent themselves.
My biggest goal over the next 4 months is to reduce the stigma around this topic, create public awareness, and help politicians understand the nuances around the issues we face in getting recognition and compensation due to the passing of the prep act and the emergency use authorization.
The two bills I am working to support are HR5142 & 5143. These bills are democrat led, with a republican coauthor, and have been endorsed by Bio which is one of the largest pharmaceutical lobby’s. Essentially they will add the Covid vaccines into the existing Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and update several key features of that program to ensure anyone injured now or in the future from any other VICP approved vaccines will receive proper support. This program is funded by the Pharma companies and should not cost the taxpayers any additional money, and it currently has a 4 billion dollar surplus earmarked to help vaccine injured Americans.

I find it so sad that after the last couple years we still can't have an open and honest discussion about the effects of the COVID19 vaccines, which only fuels more speculation, hesitancy, fear, and distrust. My family has followed you and April long before this, and we wish you all the best. I hope you can be a positive voice for transparency and change in DC, and look forward to seeing you on the trails in Boise again when this fight is over. Until that time comes, know that we and so many others are behind you in this fight.

Thank you for stepping out. I hav gone through the same proces, but was a few years older by that time. 57 now. Got the second pfizer dose august '21 and got heart-palpetations, chest pains and several problems caused by a struggeling autonome nervoussystem. Especially breathing and gut-related issues besides for the heart-trouble. I was a very active person by that time including mtb-riding. Went in and out several hospitals, but thrown out of the system at the end. Nobody believed me. And still today, lot of people left me. Inkluding friends an family. Now 3 years later i am still struggeling. If i come in zone-2 i will get significent POTS and other illnesses. I experience the worst effect after activeties in upright position. I have lost my company (custom -cycle-bike builder) my health and most of my " friends". I hope your work gives people a little more undertanding and awakings for this issue and helps us to get some compensation for our "losses" thanx again!!❤
I am sorry you were injured. I have very close family and friends who were also injured and friends who died.
I want to tell you to please don’t give up. Relatives will leave you because they are not as strong as you and they can’t stand to be aware of that.
I know it’s hard snd sometimes you don’t see the light but all of this will pass.
There’s a protocol by Dr. McCullough and also try to find out as much as you can about microbiome.
If you are able to make kefir eat raw vegetables with your regular diet and try hmo’s (it is now known that each of these organs communicate with the gut and each needs to have a strong gut to have good health; gut, heart and brain.
We pray for the people like you and Kyle who has also experienced this horrible injury . I pray for you both.

So they think the price of your heart is like $2k. JFC. Thank you Kyle. I never took it because I was rightfully afraid, but it killed my boss, my mother, and my uncle within 3 years. One blood clot and two sudden cancers.
I do believe that people should receive some compensation for verified injuries, but there has to be a lesson here, and the fact that the government is shielding these companies from litigation should have been the first sign something wasn’t right. This was well known in 2021. I didn’t take it partially for that very reason. That decision came with major social blowback, family blowback, and I was threatened that I might lose my job that I have years vested in over this decision, but I stuck to my guns. It needs to be said that more people need to understand that they made a grave mistake in blindly trusting these shots, and some personal responsibility needs to be taken. We wouldn’t be in this situation if we were more vigilant as a society and demanded real studies and results before getting something injected into your (or your child’s) body, because inevitably, it was your personal choice. You don’t have to be an expert. Just demand that the product go through rigorous testing with proven results, and that the company that made it be held to financial account if they misled regulators/patients. Neither of those are the case here. I don’t believe tax dollars should be used to compensate those that were injured or lost a family member. Pfizer should be writing the checks if anything, they’ve made billions the last couple years.
I don’t know if you listened to the video but the taxpayer wouldn’t be compensating the injured it would come from the VICP which has a 4 billion dollar surplus which is funded by an excise tax paid by the pharmaceutical companies each time they administer any VICP approved products. I agree it was a personal choice but for many of us it felt like a personal choice based on incomplete information, social pressure, and coercion. Over 200 million Americans took them. I applaud you for understanding and researching the information before many of us were publicly made aware of it.

In Germany there are highly respected microbiology professors with a migrant background who have been described as right-wing extremists. There are even Jews who were insulted as anti-Semites simply because they took part in demonstrations against the Corona measures at the time. So, no matter what they say, you never have to justify yourself.

I did not take any of them and walked away from a IT job at a major hospital over it. Some say I saved my own health and life, I agree. I don't let fear run my life and if the gov is pushing an agenda run the opposite direction. I too have lost friends and family over it but it's over their ignorance and fear. Congrats at sharing your story! I personally thought so many agencies trying to leverage humans to making a personal decision without their livelihoods being threatened, was and is disgusting! Any time the government gets involved in our autonomy is evil!

Hi Kyle, I am impressed by this initiative and you have my total support (for what it's worth). Talking about the subject of the vaccines is hard, as there are strong divisions in our society regarding this topic. One negative word and you are immediately called an antivaxer. Yet, it should be possible to recognize the progress of science and its failures or weaknesses at the same time. Without neglecting the power of pharmaceutical lobbyists... We need some good lawyers to step up here. This is unconstitutional. This nonsense is why litigation exists.
