Would you chartegorise this as Utilitarian? I'm working on a project that's a Utilitarian townhouse. So, I'm trying to look at examples for Architecture that would be considered Utilitarian.
Too bad they didn’t use recycled wood. Beautiful, but fussy, and at a time when we need to be preserving forests, and sequestering carbon, it sends the wrong message to practitioners. It will not age well.

Ich habe Mal auf Kranzbach gearbeitet..Da war es noch ein Erhaltungsheim von der Diakonie. .Es ist toll zu sehen was daraus geworden ist...
