I hate the fact that Tecna and Musa are always discontinued and sometimes Aisha too. I'd rather have Tecna than Roxy cuz Tecna has been there since season 1. Also it annoys me that Tecna was again discontinued. Also I think that happened to Musa cuz of what culture she represented cuz I don't think China allows women to show thier midriff

Layla/Aisha's issue with the yellow is that the art and the show give her a warmer skin tone that the yellow works well with, the doll vinyl looks like a cooler skin tone and the yellow doesn't look as nice

I like these more opinionated videos. It’s nice to see people in the doll community to have opinions rather than just not really talking about their personal thoughts on the line? I love hearing doll opinions even if I don’t agree just because it’s so interesting to me. Also thanks for having a PowerPoint presentation alongside. It’s great to be able to see what exactly you’re talking about instead of having to go and look up images myself 😂

Idk maybe you should go and see all the winx club doll releases so that you can find/get the doll line you'll be satisfies with. Cuz again everyone have different tastes in doll. 💕 Maybe start collecting your favorite characters first ?

I think a good starter line that you can get for a low(ish) price would be Believix (old witty, new witty and Jakks are all relatively easy to find for decent prices)

I keep on forgetting Winx Club dolls were a thing. I adore the concept art for all the girls, but the final product, as you illustrated, was lackluster. I'm guessing there were concerns about Musa's outfit, and that's why they were changed, but she would've looked so cute with the shorter clothing pieces.
This was a fun video! I'd love more presentation videos in the future.

The reason they changed the outfits was so they aren't so sexualized is because of the me 2 movement

… There’s so much wrong with this comment
1. Me too is a feminist movement about women being sexually abused and exploited. To call ANY clothing inherently sexual is actually the EXACT opposite of what the movement stands for
2. I hope you understand that season 4 of winx came out in 2010 and concepts were completed even earlier than that. Me too was many years after that.
So no, that’s not why. They changed them most likely because they were easier to animate lol. Not even the crop top and shorts outfit is overly “sexualized” especially not by Winx standards.

Did you soak it in the water? Running a thin comb (extremely fine toothed) through will it’s still hot is something a lot of people recommend but I’ve never tried
