    I’ve been diving with Elite Diving for 10 years now. Glad to see you dive with them too!

      @@user-nt2zq7nl8y glad we ended up finding them too. We had some dives with another company that were underwhelming. But the dives with elite just made the trip.

    Great, beautiful dive video and thank you for sharing! Just a little detail here. Certainly the scorpionfish seen at 11:05 is, to be sure, highly venomous (some of the dorsal fin spines eject venom upon contact with another living animal). However, within that same family of fishes (the Scorpaenidae) the stonefish (of which there are a few different species) is actually the most venomous, and hence most dangerous, by far of all fishes within the Scoepaenidae. The one species of stonefish to occur in the Red Sea is *Synanceia verrucosa* (note that the stonefishes are in the subfamily Synanceiinae). It has been my experience that a lot of folks often call a scorpionfish a stonefish (our diving guide in Raja Ampat did this until we showed him that an actual stonefish, though a rather close relative, is actually not a scorpionfish). Please note that at 11:05 above is not a stonefish. But it is a rather venomous scorpionfish, perhaps the tassled scorpionfish / *Scorpaenopsis oxycephala*. Probably more information than most folks might want to know, but just wanted to mention this as you did request an identification of the fish at 11:05. Thanks again for the great Red Sea dive video!

    I think I’d cry going scuba diving. Seeing all those fish living in harmony would just remind me of what a depressing society we live in.

    How did you find diving with your Apple Watch Ultra? Did you use the Oceanic app?

    • @Deepdriveuk
      @Deepdriveuk  Месяц назад

      @@colinwilkinson93 yes it is. A great dive computer and the oceanic app is great. Gives options for 1 days use, weekly or monthly! I love to look back at my dives when the date transfers to my iPhone and the app. Does everything these other dive computers do plus the Apple Watch functions 🙌🏾

      Hi Deeptii thank you so much! We used two GoPros. The hero 9 and the hero 12 and we went in December which is off season so less people but less warm water too!
