You know what's actually faster (not 1 pan though) is if you boil your pasta in a pot on the side, and lightly fry your tuna in olive oil with your garlic and aromatics while your pasta boils. Then ladle in your pasta water + pasta and stir to combine. Cooks in the same time your pasta does basically, you dont need to wait for the pasta to cook before adding your tuna and other ingredients. Also try adding white wine after frying the aromatics/tuna, adds some acidity/sweetness and "deglazes". Adding tomato passata also makes it delicious, or even capers.

I had to add way more water to get the pasta to cook though. It was not enough water to cover the pasta. But it was delicious
