Malekith was a brilliant fighter.
We need to see more Doctors being a villain and maybe a part of any of the Marvel universes than just the 10th Doctor.

The dark elves predate the universe, they survived its ending, and the current conditions of light slowly poison them. That's why they conceal their bodies with clothing and masks to stay healthy, only the leaders go unmasked as a sign of defiance. Their goal is to turn all matter into dark matter, so not only the elves can live freely again but also, as a nice bonus to that, rule uncontested, because most of all other living beings will be destroyed. And they can do that with Aether which is the strongest form of the reality stone, capable of a universe-scale feat. To the elves, Aether is the single most valuable thing in the universe. Thanos has literally nothing valuable to offer them in exchange.

Aether isn't supposed to work as the reality stone normally does. It's a mass-scale matter conversion tool, which, btw, is the strongest form of the reality stone and even other stones, considering Malekith could perform a universe-scale feat without using any other stone but Aether.
