Idols are pressured to look a certain way, weigh a certain amount (regardless of body type or shape) and deliver the one standard of beauty that is accepted by society in Korea. Mamamoo have spoken a lot about their struggles and take us with them on their journey to overcome the pressure they've grown up with and have been subjected to since they started training. It takes a lot of bravery to be honest about the effort they go through and show us themselves as unfiltered as possible, both the good and the bad. Hats off to them and the stylist that is paving the way to showing the young women in Korea that healthy bodies come in many different shapes and sizes!
