Nice. I trained most of this elements withing Kadochnokov system. They really add agility to the body. The most difficult element is "running bridge". Lay down, back down, face up, make a bridge and run using 4 limbs
Great video, Paul. You know, it's weird- I used to do a lot of these things when I was a kid for no reason, just moving around & trying things out! Same deal with some exercises (like lean-backs where you're folding back & forth at the knees, I got it to where I was all the way down & back up).
I study from Col Vasieliev, youtube, and others; your groundwork youtube seems pivotal. I wanted dvd/download - as almost 60, getting from vertical to horizontal is an issue, but actually, it seems that the real pood is getting from floor to standing, just like infant.
+Paul Genge I really like the candle stick and then chest roll. How did you build muscle control for chest roll is there any beginner way of doing chest roll?
+Ahmed Hussain Yes start with your head near to the wall. Roll backwards and onto one shoulder and slide your feet up the wall to achieve the top position. Do this until you are comfortable. Lay on the floor with your head between you partners feet. Do the same and have them take hold of your ankles and lift your feet towards the ceiling. At the top they hold you there while you bend your spine the opposite direction so that your chest is curved. They then lower you to the floor so that you can feel what it is like to roll around the chest.
+Singh Keep your eyes at the same level and minimize the head movement. Do it slow until the negative effects decrease and only gradually increase the speed.

Nice. Thanks.
It really depends on the school. Ones such as Strela, IZVOR and VOLK are very offensive.

+Paul Genge thank you will try doing it
Hey, just wondering, does Systema train in offense as well? Cuz from what I know Systema only trains defense. I am just curious
