Once known for its booming coal mining industry, this charming village is now famous for its numerous cats, said to outnumber the town's current population by 200 times. Nestled along the lush banks of the Keelung River, it’s home to the ruins of Houtong Shrine, scenic viewpoints, and museums. We'll explore the best spots for street photography and capture the unique atmosphere of this cat haven.
