2 and 1/2 pounds red bass or fish of your choice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon white wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
VEGETABLE AND SPICE
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sliced ginger
3 sliced scallion stems
1 /2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
3-4 chopped chilies

Red bass fish I am using here . This is a small one around around 10 -12 pounds
