  • Hot dipped Galvanized (HDG) is a widely applied surface treatment technology mainly for steel and iron materials with low carbon and low silicon. It involves immersing metal components in molten zinc to form a zinc coating on the metal surface. This zinc coating, forming a metallurgical bonding with the metal substrate, exhibits strong adhesion and resistance to peeling, effectively preventing direct contact between the metal substrate and environmental media such as air and water, thereby slowing down or preventing corrosion, enhancing corrosion resistance, and prolonging service life. The primary materials suitable for HDP include:
1.Steel Materials: Plain Carbon Steel of various grades of carbon structural steel, such as Q235/345,etc.; Low Alloy Steel; Steel Pipes, Plates, Coils, Wire, Wire Mesh, Structural Steel, Galvanized Hardware, etc., commonly used in construction, bridge, transportation, power, piping, storage tanks, and other fields.
2.Cast Iron Materials: Grey Cast Iron, Ductile Iron and other cast iron materials, like pipe fitting, part, fastener, etc.
