My first time hearing Nino speak and seeing him when not racing. It's kind of weird to see him as a normal guy when he is such a man among boys on the course. I think I expected him to breathe fire or something lol!

Isn't Eagle 10-50? When you were holding a casette in the tech video, you've also mentioned 9-50, while the smallest cog was 10 tooth

velo1337 Can't find any info about custom cogs kicking around. It's not totally unlikely, but I'd say it's just what Scott and some people are hoping for :)
He got Ratboy's mechanic confused too, so maybe he's just in love :)

Hands down, Nino is the Best and Most Talented Mountain Biker Ever! It does not make any difference what manufactures bike Nino Shurter rides, he can smoke(beat) anyone in mountain bike elite races! Scott just supports And sponsors Nino, it's not the bike that wins races, it's the rider 100 percent of the times!

Josh Smart These will be as they are dugast, however he seems to be running maxxis tyres recently since his change to 29er so I'm not sure what he will use during the race. Maybe it took time to get some 29er tyres from dugast?
+Jordan Pearson He had trouble with flat tires in Le Bresse, which is probably why he used tubeless tires in Nove Mesto
One of the most interesting things about this bike is it's weight which is not mentioned anywehere. Is that a secret?

Why he had change wheel?
he couldn't get his position right on a 29 before so he stayed on 27.5, but now on the new spark he can get low enough in the front. He even said 29 is the right choice for XC

Interesting that this is not Nino's current setup - a. dugast tires was dumped. Maybe due its proved to be unreliable in 29inch size
