Thank you for the video, my Great Great Grandpa captured a German spy and brought this gun home it was past down through our family and I was wanting to learn more about it, you definitely know a lot of information. Thanks!
@@GreatNorthwestWeaponry One small bit of information regarding 4:06, Belgium was liberated in Sept 44 and production kept going to rearm the French and Belgians whose firearm stocks had been depleted. I had a late '44 made French police contract, but traded it for a 1930's Danish Police 1922.
Thanks for watching! And yeah their requirements for arms definitely led to a lot of conquered peoples arms being utilized, especially considering the sizes of the armies mobilized

An inch is 25mm and a fraction. So a 114mm barrel will be right about 4 1/2 inches. Easy to remember 0.040 (forty thou) is a mm, 25 mm is an inch (close enough for conversation/description, but not rocket surgery, lol)
With the holster and magazine it should put you in the $800+ range at least, maybe closer to $1,000 but at least $800. The pistol can often be found for about $600 and the holster around $200
Nice pistols, Been looking for a 1910 in good shape for a good price for a few years now, I have seen many but I guess I'm being a cheapskate on this one.

Great video. Keep them coming
Thanks for watching! Got three more in the pipeline ready to go for the next month(ish) and filming more tomorrow 👍🏻
Cool video. The Wehrmacht-requirement of pistols was enormous. In average, 20 percent of the soldiers had pistols. More than most armies of that time.

I’ve actually got a Dutch police contract in .380. They shoot very well and are very slick pistols.
Very nice. And thanks for watching! 👍🏻
What would the value of one of these be with nazi markings and original holster? I’m late to the video but would like some help knowing what I got

Nice shootin TomTom!
Thank you sir!
What would be the average value of the pistol? I have one of these passed down from my grandfather just curious
About $600 to $800, largely depending on their availability in your area
My late 41 made pistol has the earlier black grips. Luftwaffe drop holster. Have capture papers
Very nice!
Glad you found one buddy 👌😊
Thank ya!
G’day mate
To you as well man!
