HELP!!!!!!!!!! HI THERE, GREAT VIDEO, THANKS. I NEED HELP WITH MY TRACPONE. I DOWNLOADED YOUR VIDEO, I BOUGHT A ZTE TRACPONE, I BOUGHT A $19.00 PLAN FROM WALMART, I BOUGHT A SIM CARD FROM EBAY. ITS A VERIZON SIM CARD LIKE YOURS. WENT TO THE TRACPONE WEBSITE, DID EVERYTHING YOU TOLD US TO DO. EVERYTHING WAS SO EASY, UNTIL I WENT TO ACTIVATE THE PHONE. I TURNED THAT THING OFF AND ON 100 TIMES. THE MESSAGE READ: "GO TO YOUR VERIZON DEALER" WHAT VERIZON DEALER? ITS A TRACPONE!!!! WHAT TYPE OF SIM CARD FOR A ZTE ANDROID PHONE? THANKS
Do you add the imei number of the current phone or the new one yoi are bringing the tracfone service to?
the one you are bringing, Im guessing it is a a two part verification of the hardware for the tracfone system and a "keying" of the the sim card to the phone / account

If anyone is still watching something this old - aside from myself - the process is still exactly the same. I can absolutely believe it - I've been with Tracfone so long that you used to have to call them, and it was very painful. I've been on the phone with them for hours to activate my phone. Sometimes it goes smoothly, and sometimes it's like going over a seasonal road in the dead of winter!
