I agree with MD. Essentially exposure therapy on the anxiety inducing situation is the way forward.

Thank you so much for making this video and providing us with information! I'm currently working on a school project about how social acceptance affects the brain and our social development. It's a very interesting and important topic.

At the core of all external and internal conflicts, being social is the source of all woes. Every single conflict, battle, war, has sources in interpersonal, social, interactions. With this undeniable, and unfortunate, reality, I have come to embrace that I am considered undesirable for amicable and amorous connections. This, initially, seemed very negative to me. After all, there is a universal indoctrination programmed into humans that all must be social to feel fulfilment. Acceptance by the herd is the paramount goal humans are supposed to achieve in life, is what is indoctrinated to humans since birth. This fallacy was realised to be wrong when it was noticed that those that were not accepted into the social herds had far less conflict, dependence, and stress, than those that are an accepted part of a social herds. It was after that realisation that I concluded that being undesired for integration into a social herd, or being undesired for consideration for an amicable or amorous relationship is actually a grand positive. The benefits of being undesired by humans far outweigh the negatives. I just happen to be a, said, "undesirable."

Every time i am set to speak publicly i am overwhelmed, unable to make intelligible sounds. P.S. I have no idea on how to be authentic.
