Now this is my favourite actress ever, what a great LADY and her well love husband what a gentleman. They were excellent together in their films and their lives. You have made my evening finding your channel. 😊😊😊😊🐱🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 🇧
Thank you so much for another lovely tribute. I have only just recently found your channel and I am finding it such a refreshing topic that your are covering. Plus it takes me back to remembering all these lovely actors and actresses that I remember as a child. Love what you are doing :)
I had a look at where she lived there too went to the St James church yard but despite a good look around failed to find her grave sadly. The house she used for Miss Marple was in the next village Denham next to the bridge.
Rodger Moore, Cilla Black and John Mills all moved into the next village Denham in 1970, Rodger Moor and Cilla Black being behind each other, Lewis Collins (the professionals) parents lived there too.
I suggest if you follow this link you can select her parents & find out where they are burried & wgat happens to them, very sad story/life for both of them which is why she ended up on care. www.findagrave.com/memorial/8388553/margaret-rutherford
Unlike you to have such bad quality sound, too far away & part of your hand was in the way. In future could you zoom in on the stone so we can read it? Thanks.
Of all the marvellous actors who played Miss Marple Margaret Rutherford is my personal favourite.

Yes, very true, she's the only person I think of as the "real" Miss Marple, I also love her as the medium Madame Arcarti in "Blithe Spirit".
I agree there was only one real Miss Marple & that’s the late great Margaret Rutherford ,all others are pretenders & second rate chancers at best .

Beautiful and lovely lady and such a talented actress who had such a terrible childhood 👏👏👏
She reminds me of a great aunt who’s probably a bit eccentric. She was born in the Victorian era as well.Thats just incredible.
We will never see such wonderful characters again sadly
Sadly we would see such great characters like this again 🙂🙂
My nan met Dame Margaret in West London and she said was a lovely lady.
Rodger Moore, Cilla Black and John Mills all moved into the next village Denham in 1970, Rodger Moor and Cilla Black being behind each other, Lewis Collins (the professionals) parents lived there too.

Great video, but you used the wrong music. That's from Joan Hicksons Miss Marple. Margaret Rutherfords Miss Marple music is much better 😊👍
What’s the name of this place again.?
He’s funny 😁
