I'm practicing using this weathering powder kit, which looks pretty much like a makeup kit, on Winning Fumina. This stuff is pretty easy to use!

Yes this one works good for shading, have not tried mine yet as I use Mr lascivus for it.

If I weather a pvc figure, will the color become permanent?

Yes, you could wipe off a fair amount but a faint amount of the colour would still remain.

It should work, though I haven’t tried it.
