The Disrespect!
Right...i clicked like, a minute?!???
ruclips.net/video/bt7aftJdwEE/видео.html
disappointed I clicked.
It has to be a series. Somebody dinner effed up; NO music history ends with "blues"....
BUT while writing this I realized, the creators might've been like, "any music historian knows about music history from blues till now" I still think they shouldn't have assumed, since this audience doesn't really know that there's a direct solid line from the drums n banjo to the buttons on the machine for the drums

That's literally all popular music.... Also country music borrows from blues and it was partially created from African American and then the English Poland people of the Appalachians... The father of country music is actually a black guy Jimmy Rogers
@@mauricesmith6650
Black Americans created country music on the plantation
White people mimicked it & successfully stole it because blks wasn’t free when it was created
We the goats of this shit

This is so true! I love our people. We build and made this country and this is our Music!
Anthony Anderson Drums
For sure
Nah you didn’t build the country, you picked a few plants up off the ground. Thanks for that
@@sageywavey
And even that was a struggle for y'all, let alone tilling the soil.
KaNarcy DaLive1 We didn’t struggle at all, we just made you do it. Something I really regret. Not because it was wrong, because sharing a country with you now is a total nightmare
@@sageywaveylol, u a goofy.
And yes it was a struggle for y"all.
Also Africans was present in America before European crusades here.
I wish it was longer.

Our history ain’t start in slavery
Ados
in america it did bruh
For fba yes it did
Black women have been getting me excited lately.
Why wouldn’t they? They started so much trends and still are they are amazing.
Black American. I find the term African American to be offensive. Why would anyone want to be associated with the people who sold their own people as slaves.
No not all did that and Why twerk and do afro beats and profit off Africans culture when you don't even claim to even be stolen from there
@@imsogirly5702 Bih plz.
Black Americans don’t get twerking from Africans…
We’ve been twerking and dancing since the times of jazz music and even in the times of souther hip hop like the hotboyz and we don’t do Afro beats so stop the nonsense…
If anything all of that nonsense is influenced from black American RnB, Soul, Jazz ext…even the way some of those artist rap.
Black Americans always had the sauce and we don’t need Africans for nothing
@@Dwyanerose twerking came from West Africa and it's called the mapouks dance and so hair styles and wigs and weave or claiming the culture and history bc I can name many African American shops that is profiting off of African culture and don't we claim their , title gods bc they was the first one to make many things and the first humans don't comment back to me unless you got your facts straight we copied half of they culture and claim it as are own get out of here
@@Dwyanerose and go lift this shit up you dumb ass and I'm African American and I can look through history books and look and tell that half of the shit is taken from Africa
@@Dwyanerose and we shouldn't be even wearing the hair styles if we don't show what tribe we come from or claiming big butts or claiming big lips
"That resistance was creating new instruments and singing." The drums and forerunner to the banjo were already in use in civilizations other than Africa (Egyptian, Mesopotamian, Chinese, etc.). Other instruments were invented in Europe and in use for hundreds of years.
"Negro spirituals developed into what we know as rag." First, spirituals in America were almost all derived from European church songs. Negros did add hand clapping and dancing in the pews.
Second, rag is short for "ragged time." That means it is based on syncopation. Pure Hymns and gospel songs mostly do not use any syncopation.
"There is no American music culture without Black America." From 1492 to the 1800s most music was a precise and modified form of European structure, sources, instrumentation and incorporated little or few of slave elements.
There are more inaccuracies one can take issue with but these three will do for now.
Egypt is in Africa and is therefore also an African civilization. lol from this first ignorant statement I knew the rest of this statement would be uneducated
Revolt tv is the best
Now is the time again, that we must demand reparation
To ADOS $400 Trillion or $40 Trillion & the ability to operate 13 continuous US States as a sovereign nation
@Daniel's Opinion So you mean to tell me reparations, land and ADOS becoming their own sovereign nation doesn't solve the issue??? What issue are you speaking of? And do you know what sovereign nation means? It means a place where ADOS can govern their own selves and make their own laws
video too short
Nobody greater
THIS IS IT WHAT LUCCHINI FALLING FROM THE SKY LETS GET RICH HUH
Revolt the fuck we supposed to do with a minute video? Pretty sure the history is extensive...

Yes, but African music alone would not have developed into blues. Jazz ragtime without european court structure and rhythms and melodies in harmonies
