    Back when me and a whole bunch of friends would play ball, I would eityer play 3rd or pitch, and whenever I pitched the Circle Change was my bread and butter

      Why would you need something sticky on a changeup? The whole point is lower spinrate so it drops

      No the sticky stuff is for way faster spoon rate causing more of a break in the ball.
