Hello Kanchan, It was a great and wonderful experience to see your informative post. If your schedule allows, please try to upload such videos on RUclips which I hope and am confident, will help indian pathology pgs to be acquainted with this exam and so will contribute towards pathology community in India. I think it would be wonderful if you present a series of such videos. If asked, I would be happy to provide suggestions & feedback. Dr Milind Jagtap Amravati, Maharashtra

Hello Dr. Kanchan , Thank you for the video. I have a question please, is it necessary to pass through MRCP before FRCPath to apply for job opportunities?
Thank you, very beneficial and to the point. I want to ask, do you have the Limci Gupta book in PDF or any soft form? Unfortunately I cannot get it from where I live and it looks like an important book. Thank you again.
Hey, a lot of people are asking me for the same, but unfortunately there's no soft copy for Limci Gupta. There might be an alternative to it in your country but I'm unaware. Ill ask around if I get a PDF ill definitely post here!
Thank you for the informative video. There is a sponsor form to be filled while applying to sit frcpath part 1. From whom should we get it signed..? Is it fine to get it signed from your senior colleague..?
Hi good video👍 , I have completed my MD forensic medicine last year, can i apply for part 1 if i have one yr experience in forensic pathology?.. pls help me out 🙏🙏
Hey doctor, i have question about this too, i'll be gratefull if u could help me out and find me some answers..can i prepare for frcpath part one during my forensic residency in egypt for istance? Like during the first 2 years of the residency training? Thank u doctor.
Thank you Kanchan for a very helpful video. Can you please tell me the author of the book, " handbook of Surgical pathology" that you referred to in your video?
Thank u very much for the video.. really found it very useful..can we give part 1 only after completing md or during the course itself?? I am in the second year of pg and plan to start preparing now..
You could attempt it in pg if you can take sufficient time out of your schedule. It will be a bit difficult to do it before finishing MD, but it's not impossible. All the best
Is there negative marking in the exam? And what is the required passing percentage?..also can you give more information regarding the WhatsApp/telegram groups which are specific for these exam preparations.. thanks
No negative marking, passing is around 70%, so in my exam 67 was cutoff out of 120, its a percentile system will differ with every exam. For groups just go to FRCP preparation groups, loads of them on FB, on either one you'll find a link posted by someone or the other, just join it then.
