- I'm serious, anyone can make it! Once you make your own focaccia, there’s no turning back 😉
Serve it with bread dipping oil to make it even better!
The full written recipe for both the focaccia and bread oil are on my website lovelies, the links are below.

For those who don't weigh their ingredients.
I made this using 4 cups plain flour but had to add 1/2 cup of extra water. If I make it again I will cut it down to 3 cups flour and stick with the 2 cups water. Bake at 425° F for 20 - 25 min. I didn't have rosemary so used Italian seasoning.
The recipe also calls for a 10" x 13" pan but I only have 9" x 13" and it worked just fine. Bread is very good.
Thanks for the recipe to the poster 💜
thanks for the help
Can you use bread flour??
What about what she was dipping it in??? Tapenade?
Thank you🤗🤗
@@bananabob2185 I don't see my reply here to you. Did you receive it? Just checking.
500 g flour / 2 tsp salt / 2 cup water/ 1 tsp sugar/ 2 tsp yeast
Also………Bake at what temperature and for how long? Who puts out recipes without this information? 😮

The dipping sauces recipe plz
It’s the video under this one when u can see all her shorts
@@LoveByNicole ehhh don't judge a book by its cover, FOCACCIA and its dipping sauce is supposed to be with lots of healthy cold pressed olive oil. Italy is one of the countries having the greatest number of people reaching the age of 💯,.
It's negativity like your judgy comment that's killing. Have a great life😁!
@@LoveByNicolewho hurt you?
It could be a loose tapenade? Definitely looks like olives to me.
@@LoveByNicoleolive oil is very good for you
I made this and it came out exactly like the video! (Make sure u let it rise “overnight”. If u let ur rest at night make sure it stays till the next day nigh) Also, a tip is not to put too much dough in the tin for it to rise or it become like a cake kinda thing. :)
Also Here’s a dip recipe! It’s AMAZING (Small serving)
2 Tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic (cut or diced)
1/2 tsp white vinegar
3 Tbsp Mayo
A pinch of Salt
4 Tbsp Greek yogurt or curd
A few leaves of cilantro and cumin (crushed with a little water)
Some oregano and chilli flakes!
Did u leave at room temp or in a fridge
👍

Thank you SO MUCH for the measurements in closed caption.
This was a treat for us at Christmas time. My Nonna would make pan after pan of it and gift a big tin of it to each gandkid. We waited all year for those boxes..those and the ones filled with Italian Christmas cookies Definitely a warm ,fuzzy nemory!
Looks very good ! ❤
Quando dite nonna per fare gli italiani mi viene un conato tutte le volte
I prepped this bread last night and gave it 12 hours in the refrigerator. I gave it 2 hours in the pan ( keeping it away from drafts). I baked at 425° for about 25 min. The bread was crunchy on the top and bottom and had a perfect crumb in the center. My family gave it rave reviews. Thanks- this recipe is a keeper.
I’ve made this several times. No more store bought focaccia. My family loves this bread!
This turned out perfect. 500 degrees for about 17 minutes in my oven. Used everything bagel seasoning which has black and white sesame seeds, salt, garlic and onion.
Foccacia is one of my favorite breads. The more olive oil you add the more crispyness you got 🤤❤
Love this recipe! I made it, easy and fabulous! I like to slice it open & use for panini sandwiches. ❤
My favorite spreads -roasted garlic & roasted grape tomatoes in olive oil, fresh basil & cripy prosciutto.❤ Roasted & Marinated in olive oil, mini red bell peppers w/oil cured chopped black olive spread.❤ Roasted Eggplant, fresh pine nut or pistachio pesto spread. The combinations are endless.❤ Feta cheese w/roasted grape tomatoes.
So ride this kind of bread can have anything you’re having the feature for topping so glad you mentioned some of the stuff we did not know or try good job🥰🐝🐝🐝
Get the focaccia outta here! This looks amazing!
This made me laugh, thanks lol

Looks easy. Think I will try it because it looks so delicious 😋😍😍👍🏽👌👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤️🙏🙏🏽❤️
Yummy thx for the recipe hardly one sees ingredients when a post is sent! 👍🙏😍
You can also make it in a few hour sits just as good I make it all the time. 2 cups flour 1 cup warm water 1 tspn yeast I tspn salt (put instant yeast first in bowl and salt last in bowl) mix til sticky, place in olive oil bowl in a ball, cover or jist set aside for 1 1/2 hours, take all ends flip around, spread in bottom of baking pan, rest another 40 mins, spread poke holes sprinkle olive oil and rosemary or seasons of your liking (I use everything season sometimes or do garlic bread style) bake 20 mins at 475° for 20 mins, sprinkle salt brush with whatever you like. You don't have to mix like her and and you can cut the time i do 2 batches one in a few hours and 1 overnight rest and I like the few hours it's light and fluffy the fridge is more dense. Your welcome!!
please tell me, 1 cup is how many grams?
475 for 20 minutes seems like it would have to be charcoal in that environment!
@@ezhwt8fq 201 grams according to the Google converter but I'm pretty sure flour and liquid have differences. I think you are safe with that number though.
@combatgirl38 you'd think so but no it's safe I have made it countless times and it always comes out great!
Thanks for your recipe. I'm trying it today. I've purchased it in groceries stores with fresh peppers and slices of ripe tomatoes. Looks easy enough. Thanks for taking your time to share.

500 grams flour, 450 grams water, 20 grams olive oil, 4 grams yeast, mix and rest in the fridge overnight ...the next day take it out and fold it over a few times and let it rest a few more hours. Dimple drizzle with more oil and spinkle salt and herbs. Bake at 450 for roughly 30 min 😋
Stick a meat thermometer in and bake till the inside is 95 degrees celcius.
@@rubenproost2552 the advice states just over 200 degrees Fahrenheit when inserting a digital thermometer.

All your videos are incredible ❤❤❤
My mouth is watering!
Ok I have been watching all your videos and this looks so wonderful. Everything you make looks beautiful and delicious 😊
Well, that did seem pretty easy. Can't wait to try this.
if you like it less crumbly and more bubbly, on the second day, fold the dough tree or four times every half an hour, then make it rise again at room temp for three or four hours before baking. you need at least a medium strength flour though
Holy moly that looks amazing!!!
Thanks so much we have been having
huge cravings for this bread.
Definitely doing it sometime this week
Yumm🎉
You have inspired me to make this!
👏🏽 mine came out perfectly…thanks for the steps.
I’ve made this about 5 times already. So easy and soooo good 🥖 💕
What oven temp do you use?
I didn't know that it was easy to make. I'll do it now. Thanks for this
Thanks for sharing this, will try 😊
It seems like every one eats it as a dipping bread. When I got one for the first time I was told to use it at the crust for pizza. Well, now I know that is sacrilege, but before I knew…
I would use either the focaccia bread shown (rosemary) or a caramelized onion focaccia, where the onions are cooked until golden and sweet before being added to the dough, slice in half lengthwise. Drizzle the (now) 2 open tops with olive oil, tomato sauce with basil and fresh shredded mozzarella. Avoid the temptation to add in a bunch of other things, ESPECIALLY pepperoni.
Oven bake 375 for 12 minutes or so. Make sure your will is up-to-date before you bite into it because you’re about to taste what the angels eat!
You’re welcome 👼🏻
What a wonderful description you could put down just on bread, Andavall loved his bread how special you are lady good for you and positive I do love focaccia bread. I’ll try it your way next time.🥰🐝🐝🐝

Focaccia
Poolish
200g 00 Caputo Chefs flour
200g water
5g yeast
5g honey
Mix, let sit room temp 1 hour, then to fridge overnight.
Dough Recipe
All of poolish
60g flour
8g salt
Mix, knead, until combined well. Let rest 20 minutes, form ball until smooth, get bowl, grease with olive oil, put in bowl and cover for 2 hours in warm place to rise.
Punch down the dough and divide in half. Ball and place each half, seam down in its own 8x8 pan with plenty olive oil in middle of pan, enough to coat entire bottom. Let rise 1 hour. After one hour, gently use fingertips to press into dough and make divots. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with a good coarse sea salt or large flake if you have it. Sprinkle with oregano. Cover and let sit 1 hour in a warm place until doubled in size.
Bake 18-20 minutes in an oven that is 485f (251C) allow to cool a bit, serve.
The lady is a smart cooker and cook teacher. I was messy with the dough preparation few days ago.
Looks like a good time with bread to eat.
