Dang I always assumed that killer dolls only became popular after Childs Play. I didn't realize they had such a long history in movies.
Yup! Chucky definitely reignited the tiny killer trend of the 90's though. Probably have him to thank for Leprechaun, the Puppet Master series which came out a year after the first Child's Play, and the new Child's Play certainly inspired M3GAN.

Never thought the day i'd see slappy in one of these videos, it was pretty cool to see him in the "tell it animated" style!
I honestly think nothing will ever knock Chucky off the number 1 spot, he's just too iconic and to still be going strong after 35 years is some staying power. I love him

I agree while Megan is clearly a big threat as she took runner-up but as of now she has just one film for now while chucky has a plethora of films to his name so will see if Chucky remains on top or Megan will find a way to be placed at the top spot.
@@Liberator2460 I think in my book he will always be number 1. I feel like m3gan is way too overrated and I think in regards to horror it did nothing for me, its basically a kids movie and way too overhyped for what it is. She won't last anywhere as long as Chucky has

Poltergeist’s clown doll is something else, it’s design is flawless and the classic bed scene is ICONIC.
Iconic is one of the most overused and regurgitated words online. People like you use buzzwords because you’re too inept to think for yourself. Maybe buy a thesaurus or, at the very least, don’t learn your vocabulary from TikTok

Great top 10 list! I’d put Dead Silence’s Billy on my list. I loved that movie! I didn’t expect to see Brahms and M3gen on your list as I loved them too. I agree that clowns are terrifying 😂 and Annabelle was a perfect candidate for your list 👍🏻
Yeah, I’d replace M3gan with Billy (Dead Silence). M3gan is just an AI animatronic.
Dead Silence's Billy was very close to making this list, I think because I had two other Dummies (Slappy and Fats), he got the axe. But if I ever do a follow-up video he'd definitely appear!

From what I've heard, tv slappy was supposed to be the other evil doll from the first slappy book, who gets crushed by a truck, but they cancelled that episode and retrofitted the dummy to be slappy.
