    My surgery is coming up on the 17th and can’t wait to be rid of the lower back and sciatica pain!

    New England Journal of Medicine took 98 asymptomatic people gave them MRIs 66% had either bulge herniated disc and disc protrusion. No pain . Maybe pain does not come from degenerated disc

    This is good to see the room and layout before the procedure. Having solid visuals of this environment will help the patient be confident going in.

    Dr., would it be too complicated to do a talk on how you approach someone who has 1/3 of their L5 spine eaten away by a tumor? Thank you and G-d speed and good luck with your patients....

      I don’t know if I’m medically correct but I believe that they would take the L5 vertebral body and as much of the tumor out as possible than do a fusion from L3 or L4 to S1
