I notice that the daily Kohberger case viewers are generally probergers. They think "things just don't add up" When in fact this case is obvious.
Makes me want to tear out my hair! The probergers aren't smart enough to outwit all the experts involved imo

The reality is that we don’t have enough evidence available to draw any conclusions. Realists follow the evidence and we will have to wait until the trial to unseal the evidence

Over romanticized storytelling is for fairy tales, manipulation, and filling word quotas. This was a real tragedy that affected real people.
Theres enough information available publicly to write a good book that doesn't cater to criminal fan clubs.

Gray this was an excellent fact-refresher. Some of Blum's statements aren't factual imo. And I wonder which family he spoke with since the Goncalves family has said they never spoke with Blum... I always come here for the facts. Thank you for sharing your expertise✌️
I can’t believe Blum’s book isn’t billed as a novel. There’s so much speculation I wouldn’t even dignify it with labeling it as true crime. And I’m offended by his attempts at descriptive prose which honestly make me question whether he is getting off on the telling. Finally, since there is clearly so much we don’t know pre-trial that I can only assume his motivation in publishing a book now is purely financial given that his interest is hardly in conveying facts both known and unknown. If it were one of my daughters who was murdered, I would be beyond enraged that this man is profiting off my child’s horrific death.
If he targeted Mogen, I believe it was because she angered him at the restaurant with her rudeness. Remember she was accused of sending Hannah Cleare over the edge. Mogen was a very rude girl, she wasn't the nicest person. Several girls probably turned down or ignored Bryan yet he didn't target them for murder, so it had to be her rudeness that set him off.

We are making inferences here. Mogen was very rude at the grub truck, I could see it, and the heavy set guy said she was rude. Even though she had been drinking she virtually plowed into a group of people that were talking that they had to do a second look at her. She also bammed on the grub truck counter because she was tired of waiting for her food that Kaylee had to shout, "Maddie!" I remember seeing that clip that wasn't shown often.
I also saw a video of Mogen with Kaylee at the grocery store, and she pushed Kaylee's hand back in a mean kind of way when Kaylee was touching her. Mogen also was supposedly partly responsible for Hannah Cleare and what she went thru. Mogen could be rude no doubt.

Not flirting with customers and treating customers equally is proper behavior for servers. Servers are not psychologists nor sex workers paid to serve narcissist people demanding strange personal attention.

There was reportedly a party in which 150 people attended the 1122 King Rd. party house (Halloween?) prior to the Nov. 13, 2022 Idaho 4 student murders. It bogles the mind, that the suspect Kohberger was not previously inside the party home. I have seen a video of Kohberger (before he become a suspect and the judge issued a gag order) attending a memorial, remembrance etc. for the two servers (Xana Kernodle and Maddie Mogen) at the Mad Greek Restaurant right before Thanksgiving in 2022.
I saw a clip of him in court that was not shown very often. I could see flashes of anger in him. I'm wondering what makes a person like that. He appears to have no outlet for his anger. But I can see anger in him.
Kaylee’s mom said that Kaylee still had 1 more day of class on the Monday after the murders.😢

Howard Blum should be sued for defamation of character. Brian Kohberger is innocent until proven guilty. I find it very irresponsible to release this book prior to the trial. To me this book is a very lame attempt at a money grab or 15 minutes of fame. What a joke!

Pretty terrible article lol. It isn't even written well so the wrong facts are just the icing on the cake. Your channel, and one other, are the only ones I can watch with regards to Kohberger, Delphi and Sterns. It's crazy how hard it is to find fact based channels that still speculate but only within reason.
How did Kohberger know the layout of the house and which room Maddie was in if she was his only target. Makes no sense.

You are right Gray regarding this article. However, it does not sound at all like Howard Blum’s writing. This was an article for Daily mail UK and at the end it states: This is adapted from bestselling author Howard Blum's new book, 'When the Night Comes Falling: A Requiem for the Idaho Student Murders,' which will be published by HarperCollins on June 25.
Blum’s articles in Air Mail the eyes of a killer are well written and show why he earned two Pulitzer Prize nominations.
Howard Blum's new book release is irresponsible and disgustingly premature. Shame on you Howard!

Saw an interview of this guy with a famous lady named Megyn who likes him but he misspeaks names sometimes and he says the time of the murders is 4:02-4:08? Clearly hasn’t seen the surveillance footage with timestamps. Couldn’t be that early. Yours r all facts which I prefer.

It may be worth noting, for context, that three books, Night (1960, a "memoir") by Elie Wiesel, Sophie's Choice (1982) by William Styron, and Schindler's List (1982) by Thomas Keneally are all openly declared by the authors and publishers to be works of fiction. Very few people know this and likewise, very few people know that the combined official and documented writings of principal historical witnesses to WE II, Winston Churchill, Charles de Gaulle, and Theodore Roosevelt, running to over 5000 pages, contain no mention of the universally condemned event treated in this three fictional works and films made from them.
I doubt that Blum or his publisher will openly declare that his account is a work of fiction. I find his cheap attempt at true crime pulp fiction to be vomitacious. He needs to be sued into oblivion. In a fair and sane world, no publisher would be allowed to release such a book.
I'm sure Blum is a good writer. However all the flowery over the top descriptions make it sound like a work of fiction. For the most part I agree with his basic theory but he gets so many basic facts wrong. He also makes a ton of assumptions that he passes off as facts. So yeah I agree that it seems likely that Madison was the target and the rest were victims of circumstance. But as for the details and particulars he's all over the place. Too many factual errors to be taken seriously.
Obviously the work of a wannabee novelist. Disgusting that this person is so willing to use this awful event in a vain attempt to hopefully dazzle us with literary talent that only exists in their own mind.
The problem is have is that all the channels i watched that were objective and trying to figure out what happened they have all become the koburger innocence project thats why i have stopped watching nobody is about finding out what happened and justice

There needs to be new rules on police reports because I also had the same thing where they change things around or they don’t give the right info. Mine was written and yet there were important pieces that were changed.
Award winning author Howard Blum’s article is in the news only because he has released a book this week ‘when the night comes falling,’ about the case. It reads more like historical fiction. What you read is old news. The Conclaves family originally commented on the article you read calling it a piece of fiction. Because of the book release there’s some good stuff out there though, such as the interview with the author about the book where he speaks about Bryan’s father arguing with Bryan about the planned route home because Bryan for no reason changed what they had planned. There’s also an interview with Sara Azari legal analyst for news nation where she speaks to the delay tactics of Bryan’s legal team. By the way, in the interview with the author he speaks about the survivors texting each other all night. I think it should be kept in mind what you read was written prior to a lot of information being clarified. You can read extracts from the book online. Also, I could be wrong but I think I remember you discussing the article at the time because it did get a lot of backlash, I’m sure it was covered in your show.
Still waiting on the evidence of BK actually driving suspect vehicle no 1. No one has been able to verify that yet.
I read the Mail article and commented that a) this has been the prevailing theory since the beginning and b) it was terribly written. I wouldn’t buy the book, that’s for sure.
I always thought both Ethan and Xana were up and that Xana got her food went back to her bedroom and was greeted by a hungry Ethan. Then the pair heard something and thought it was doordash and Xana sent Ethan out to see what door dash wanted and ran into murderer ( I use this because BK is innocent until proven guilty) goes Whoa and the Two begin to hand to hand fight. I think almost immediately Ethan received a slash to the throat and was pushed back onto the bed in Xana room. I think Xana with her back to the door turned around and the murderer after pushing Ethan on the bed went after Xana with her arms stretched outward trying to protect herself receiving those horrible wounds to her body and hands and after the murderer left I think Ethan stood up from the bed and fell to the floor and that was the 4:17 thud heard. Now depending where food was found will make a hugh difference in sinanreo of the murderers.
I call B S , I'm not a proburger , but I do believe everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law ! We may not have the absolutely best justice system , but it's way better than others ! I'm glad it's not me , sitting in jail , with all of you people condemning before the trial begins

Ive always thought that BK had been inside that hose many times before the night in question. He would have known that the back sliding door was always left open in my opinion being there previously. It not only would have been risky but a big gamble to go to a random house not knowing the layout or the security of the home. He knew exactly how to get in without a sound & knew exactly where to go. I also have thought that being into survelence he had bugged the home previously & removed it before the night of the killings.

We can't be sure and probably won't know who the true target was. I believe he saw the two out around town or in a bar. I believe the target was Kaylee, and he stalked her social media knowing she was in town and was his last chance. How do we know that he did not go to her room first? Psychic Sleuth & Donna S both said she was the one he was after. Praying for justice for the victims and families!
Psychics wouldn’t have any idea who his target was. Not in the sense that they actually have any sort of ability to intuit things with their minds. Stick to facts, not speculation. James Randi offered anyone who had psychic abilities $1 million dollars to prove to him they were actually psychic or had paranormal abilities. No one was ever able to claim the money over the decades it was offered. Every single one failed. Not a single one passed the preliminary exam.

There was no target person in the house. The house was targeted, and BK had plans to murder everyone in the house. I believe BK started with the first floor. Found an empty room, and a room with a locked bedroom door, so he skips it. BK then goes up to the 3rd floor. He finds one room empty and 2 girls sleeping on a small bed in the other. He then goes to his final floor, the 2nd. He checks Dylans room, finds it locked, so he skips it and heads to Xanas room, his last room, which has an open door, like Maddie had an open door because of Murphy. Xana's bedroom door was open because she was still up and eating. BK would never knock on any bedroom doors, that's how you get heard and seen and caught
