Not many, if any at all. People knock the IFS 4wd set up all the time but fail to realize how strong they actually are.
people usually make fun of them because they arent the greatest offroading but they sure can handle a lot of power
TBI Nation IFS is perfectly fine on quarter ton trucks, but people (including me, actually) shit on GM for it because they use in in their HD trucks, which is a terrible idea.

Also id bet that 99.9% chsmce hes launching in 4x4 then cuttimg to 2wd once he gets out of the hole. They have push button electronic locks and I believe you can wire it up to disengage after a certian speed. That or just hit the 2wd button after launch.

1100hp is very different from "1180whp".
About 7% different. I wouldn't call that "very". There's probably more variation in density altitude day to day not to mention dyno measurement error. Perfectly acceptable to round down a sig-fig.
Andrew Dynes "1100hp" would mean your are pushing around 1030whp. "1180whp" is about 1250hp. So there is about 150hp differences, I would call that "very" different.

Do they make 4/6 drops for 4x4 silverados? I can't find any lower than 2 or 3 inches

4/6 is a pretty aggressive drop on a 4x4. Did you run into any issues with the front axles binding up? What drop kit did you use? I only wanna do a 2/4, and I’m worried about the axles

If they're able to put 1100 horsepower to the ground with a 4-6 drop I doubt you're going to have any issues with a 2/4 drop... Let's be realistic here

Design8ion Termin8or They are very reliable trucks and easy to work on with a huge aftermarket. My 6.0 vortec 2500hd has 215,000 miles on it and the only costly problem i had was a fuel pump at 199,000 miles which was 300 bucks and its very easy to do yourself. Just maintain it and the truck will last. The z71 package has the g80 automatic locker so they are pretty good hunting trucks that you dont have to worry about getting stuck all the time

He said everything was stock besides the engine/trans, there's gotta be at least tie rod sleeves. I find it hard to believe that he has 100% untouched tie rods with that kind of power and launching on slicks...

hdcaprice no we didn't oil anything down.. that was the car after, we just broke driveshaft but no oil leak

hdcaprice weird there was only 2 black trucks me and my customers ..... none of us spilled oil... although after my pass I broke driveshaft the car after spilled oil all the way down the track.....

How come nobody that has sonething like this modifys the transfer case to send more torque to the rear? All i see is front wheels spinning if you are going to spend that much money at least make it primarily rwd so when the weight transfers to the rear and the front lightens up it doesn't go to spinning. Qnd yet every gtr guy will tell you you dont want more that 30% to the front. But the people who build these always go 50/50
