Can I just say, I absolutely LOVE the way you integrate cultivate what matters products in with your normal planning routine. I'm trying to get over the hump of work being the only thing I really plan out (and sometimes I don't even do that consistently). Then a lot of my personal goals and things I need to get done just slip through the cracks. Your videos are helping me shift my mindset
I love the long videos, especially when you take the time to explain WHY things get added to your planner. I've been journaling for a few years, but never really had a 'routine' for setting it up. The more I learn from you, the better I plan. Thank you.
LOOOOOvVE the long video 🧡💛💚💙💜❤🤍 I really enjoy how you walk through the full process of your planning as well as how you use the Eisenhour Matrix to balance your life and tasks.
My compact vertical has been a great help the last week or so. We were in a severe car accident, car totaled husband no injuries, me fractured sternum. I have been keeping a diary of symptoms for insurance purposes .
I like that you keep all the food stuff under health. I sometimes put freezer meal prep under home but it does seem strange there. 😅 the biggest issue I have is what buckets every task fits into.
Thank you for another great video, I really enjoy and learn when you explain things. I also use the Cultivate What Matters goal planning system but I am struggling incorporating goals into my planning system.
This was the reminder I needed to do my brain dump journal. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed again lately and remembered it’s been a while since I did it and I always feel better when I do. It’s a great activity to do at night after the kids go to bed and it’s quiet. Oh, and happy belated birthday to your son. My youngest has the same birthday so it’s easy to remember :) Hope he had an amazing day.

Brain dumps alway help me when I am overwhelmed. I may not accomplish everything, but it is all down on paper and out of my mind.
We have a list on our fridge, also, to put down things we have run out of.
I ask Alexa to add things to my shopping list
