If you ever want minifigures to display your MOCs with, I'm sure you can use some of your watchers' OCs. Like to build Peyton, you'd need Scorm's legs, Golden Oni Lloyd's hips, a torso from your choice between Rebooted Overlord or 2 arm Legacy Overlord, Sora's golden arm, an unprinted black arm, 2 golden hands, Rebooted Cryptor's shoulder armor, Mr. E's faceprint, and a Legacy Nindroid Warrior's hood
Lego should have one Legoland like this on each continent at the very least. Im so jealous! Also, any chance you have any video of the Technic section?
I feel you on the LEGO magazines. I found out about those when I was in Germany this summer, and after that i was checking almost every corner stire or gas station that I came across, hoping to find them
Hey Chris, I just wanted to say that I really like your videos. They transport your passion for LEGO really well. And congratulations for winning at LEGO Masters USA. The LEGO factory in this Legoland is awesome but I totally stand in awe of your bravery to undertake such a tightly scheduled journey with DB. Everytime I travel with them and there are other trains to catch it is almost guaranteed that the other trains are already gone and that I am going to reach my destination with a delay of several hours. At least this means they have to pay back 50% of the ticket price. A "Seele" or a "belegte Seele" is a regional Swabian thing, I don't think it is even well known in other parts of Germany. It's a bit like a Sandwich. "Belegt" can be translated with "occupied" but I think in this case "topped" is more fitting. "Seele" is correctly translated with "soul", they call this kind of bread soul. They guess this has something to do with All Souls' Day or maybe with feeding pour souls during the Thirty Years' War.
With all the Lego animals, you should build an Ark!! 😅 Also, when you mentioned the bag of plates for minifigure displays, then mentioned the bag of leaves, what about building a minifigure display that is like a giant tree, enabling a 360° view (maybe on a turntable thing), and giving a fun and novel way to look at the minifigs?
I think I need a personal shopper to go to this pick a brick nirvana. Anyone want to go shopping for me when they're at Legoland Germany? Awesome haul Chris, the animals, printed elements, transparent, minifig well everything is like #goals! If only I could travel without issues, chronic spine conditions are a real problem 😢 The magazine haul is amazing, I'm hoping to hunt down the Dreamzzz magazines (being in Australia can be a bit annoying when it comes to collecting things that are euro exclusive) I hope you had a great Christmas 🎄, and have a happy new year! 🎉
Great Video, but there is a small thing I have to correct. 😉 In the minifigure Atelier it IS POSSIBLE to buy the accessories in "bulk". All accessories can be bought up to 30 pieces, each for 0,50 Euro, for the most items this is a higher price then in pick a brick, but there are some incredible items like the shields. Together with a 20% off voucher it is a dream for army building and this is why we bought 20 pieces of every shield, to create some new factions at the kids playground. But sadly this is only for the accessories, not for helmets, heads, legs and Torso.
two doubts, to enter the. parts store and the minifigure store do I need to pay the park entrance fee? And the other question is, is it open all seasons of the year or does it close in winter?
Occupied Soul 😂 Als deutscher kapiert ich auch nicht warum die Dinger „Seelen“ heißen. Vielleicht dachte der Erfinder das so eine Seele wohl aussieht😅 irgendwie merkwürdig
It is in any other shop in europe with lego technics pic a brick store??? i was searching this is the only one i find for now (looking for tickets to germany in this moment XDD) Tyy
Hey duckbricks, hope you can reply to this, but what was up with the old Bionicle ride? You said you would talk about it more later, so apologies if I zoned out and didn't hear you mention it again, but I went there as a kid and in recent years I've been pretty curious with how it's doing in the modern day. I think it was rebranded as Hero Factory when I was there however the Toa Metru were still inside.

I live a 2h drive away from there, i usually go in april and spend around 2-3k with the annuel pass voucher alr subtracted. And what i saw others buy, you made a fairly small purchase for an AFOL. :D
I also live 2h (more like 3h because horrible traffic) of it and we have a group of 20 people who make the trip about 15 times each year when you count them together. Personally i try to get there 2-3 times each year. That voucher REALLY makes a difference.
Not sure how durable prints are (only recently returned to Lego after last having some in the late 80s), but the rough handling of the minifigs bag had me in pain! 🥺😂
Man , what a huge haul this was! That must have been a hassle to bring home. Hey , I have a challenge for you. If there are any two cheap sets you want me to combine , I will be glad to. Name any 40 dollar or cheaper sets and I will be glad to combine them together. If I get atleast three combinations , then I will make a video about them. God bless , and I will see you soon!
@@rickster_88that still involves lego, i think they meant a career like police man for example rather than a fun hobby that makes him money or something he won

Man, all those loose parts bins is wild. You can build anything that comes to your mind with the amount of stuff you have to choose from there.
Exactly!! It was like being back on LEGO Masters
The adrenaline from that trip there plus the sheer thrill entering the PAB area would've had me squealing and running around like a toddler!!!

canada now has the magazines, they are hit and miss but they are fun.
WHAT ahh I’m so jealous haha, when are they coming to the US
Oh my......!...... that is a LOOOOOOOOOOOOT of lego pieces! Now I really want to go there.

As a lego freak I'm so happy that I only live an hour away from this legoland
OMG that lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
12€ FOR 6 Minifigures is a good price. In Canada, the BAM is 3 minifigures for about the same price. 12€ = $17.50 cad
The small Ninjago discs at Legoland are audiobook type CDs
Would love to see a sorting live! So we can get a better look at the technic and smaller pieces 🤩

Chris, when will you update your rarest items in your collections?
The washing machine printed tile is from the modular police station set I think.
Just imagine a Bionicle pick a brick
It's good to be rich.
Is there a rule on the amount of weight a person can buy? Did I see correctly a person can only buy 100 grams per type of brick?
Chris, are you going to make a vid for your lego pieces being sorted?
Can we get an updated room tour?
YES! After the January new set craziness, I plan to put it out!

You keep calling them manta rays, they’re just stingrays.
I wish I could go here but I suspect any savings I would make from this place would be eaten up by the high cost of airfares to Europe from Australia.

Hello duckbricks
Why would you ever need 100 shields with no soldiers?
How much money do you think all those bags costed
Does Christopher live with his parents or is this his own basement/house?
we couldnt afford any of this when i was a kid :(

How to get 20% discount on my own use?
Hi, maybe I missed it, but how much do they charge per kilo? (After the 20% discount.) Thanks in advance!
its 100€/kilo without voucher.

Weird that you can’t get a fully complete minifig like got legs and torso but not the head etc. bcoz u can get it on PAB..
And then when actually building MOCs it will be huge orders of panels, windows, 1x bricks, and tiles. LOL
Oh and white, reddish brown, DBG and LBG slopes of every type.
