I would advise you to play fifa 14 mobile manager mode. this game has features that fifa 19 doesn't even have such as -choosing your own sponsors -manage substitutes while simulating -change tactics while simulating -plan trainings for in the future -trainings have an effect on the fitness of a player -see the ratings change when your put players on different positions -
PS2 FIFA also had all of this, that's the reason I prefer it over newer Versions on PS3 or 4. I still play FIFA 10-14 on PS2 and PSP on a weekly basis.
