I have to double check, but he's in the Ukraine, dealing with a wife in Europe. I'm pretty sure divorce court is all but shut down, causing him to deal with an adultress while he waits.

Yea if family courts weren't so fucked this guy would be a case for the dad being in the 9% of men who get custody I think if this is Europe it's damn near 100% of women getting custody in the E.U.
They are Ukranians as I suspect, it's normal for them (not for everyone but seen it as acceptable on occasions). 7y old watches over 2y old, small one shat her pants.....Well bad but a small irritation nothing more, getting a European hubby who earns a lot more than her ex-hubby is more important. If she pleases her new hubby she can provide her children with better life (though i doubt that even an European simp will agree to move in with 2 children, so she might be making a grave mistake).
Maybe the first cancer was a blessing in disguise... it opened OP's eyes to the other cancer in his life, that he's about to free himself from.

Surprised the diagnosis alone didn't let OP leave the country, IDK what the draft rules are in Ukraine (I'm assuming given he occasionally drops articles) but usually the sick and injured are entirely disqualified even when countries are boiling down to using child soldiers, because even if they wanted to fight, they physically can't.
OP should have immediately divorced.
Take kids back to Ukraine. Change house. Do not disclose location. No one gonna care to spend resources on finding him. Enjoy life with kids without her.

I know crazy right somone who cant see his kids therefore by throwing divorce in straight away would drastically affect the outcome of custody as well as dealing with depression, cancer, and a war...couldn't just make the decision of "divorce"
