VQ30DET 180SX Oonah road Hillclimb

This was my first ever hillclimb in GUN180, the car was a bit of a handful with the only changes to my drift car setup being a pair of 235/45 kumho ku36's on the back!
I'm still re-learning to drive it with this being only its second outing with the new Garrett GTX3576 turbo setup, but it went well and I finished 5th outright and second in class for the day!
Big thanks to Andrew Long for the late nights getting the engine gremlins and tune sorted!
Also a big shoutout to the North West Car Club for a well run fun event :)

What major thibfs had to be done to accomplish this swap I’ve always wanted to do this

Lots of custom work like engine mounts and gearbox crossmember, tailshaft, wiring, intercooler and intake piping.
The same sort of things you would come across in any engine conversion that there's no off the shelf swap kit developed for. 😉
