This video is helpful; I do own a few shares of DPZ.
Dominos is our big city pizza.
Value for the money.
I am an old Dude: I order online & collect my free rewards.
My childhood, hometown pizza (small community in Eastern Canada 🇨🇦) was made by an Italian family, fresh sauce made daily, crust was like it arrived from a French bakery.. I always crave my childhood memories of pizza & never did find anything better.
I never heard someone say “I want some Domino pizza”
They target specific demographics.
That demographic is me.
@@rednkfncheap food sometimes is just want we need when you have a belly full of beer.
I got no shame
Are you deaf?
Their problem is thier delivery fee, in NYC it's 6.99 puzza tip plus delivery fee, $30 for that you can order from your local pizza shop for a bigger pizza and quality
Great point! People will by ok with slightly lower quality if speed and cost are lower!
I quit getting my pizza from my local domino’s. Has gone from Ok to barely edible. Until that changes, I’m buying chipotle.
Another great video! DPZ has had great share price appreciation but the market share is contracting though management has been efficient in growing free cash flow! Thanks for sharing!
I just want to clarify if i sign to ticker data - i will have access to this spreadsheets i see in the video and i only need to insert the ticker ( stock initials ) and all the information will be available or i need to inset other numbers and information?
Tickerdata automatically pulls in the financial data! You will want to make your own growth rate projections of course, but other than that, yes!
@@Dividendology where do i set it and is it for one year or more ? ( i saw in yhe graham valuation marked in yellow for how many year this projection? )
@@Dividendology something not making sense in the output I inserted MO with 0 growth rate it show $238 as intrinsic value DCF 172 - something is wrong here
I actually just bought them this morning!!! Perfect timing and love your videos!
Thanks so much! Good luck!
great job..
I have a little bit personal question, but I really really need an answer. Which broker you use for investing in dividend stocks. Please answer my question!!!!!
Look for Joseph carlsons Channel He is useing a really good one
You didn't cover how many shares I would have to own to buy one large one topping pizza a week. Literally the only reason I clicked on this.
Lol! Just did the math, it's about 1.5 shares :)
Thank you good sir. I just finished. It's 1.5 share times 52 weeks. Which is 78. We'll round up to 80 to be safe.
80 shares of dominos for a free weekly pie. That's living the dream.
@@rednkfn im dumping $35,000 into dominos for this
I love that you’re covering Domino’s could you do a short follow up to the video on DPUKY?
Vid on INTU, STLD, or TSCO please
You didnt mention PZZA their pizza counterpart
A worthy competitor in the Pizza space lol!
Stores open CAGR 6% but EPS CAGR 20%? Maybe share buybacks have something to do with this?
Or maybe number of customers per store is increasing
Me and my friends get dominos all the time, they always give us a free pizza and free shipping
The pizza is expensive but the financials look solid. The question is what would impact their earnings per share such that their debt would become a problem? Pizza seems pretty recession proof. Thanks for the content.
@dividendology is there a way to get 10k in my Roth per year or do I just have to open a brokerage account?
Roth IRA has an annual contribution limit, 2024 is $7000, if over 50(?) add $1000. This limit is shared with traditional IRA.
If employer allows, a Roth 401k has an annual contribution limit, 2024 is $23000, if over 55(?) add $7500. This limit is shared with traditional 401k.
If employer allows, a post-tax 401k has a much higher annual contribution limit, and can be converted to Roth with no tax impact (see mega-backdoor Roth).
Existing pre-tax IRA balance can be converted to Roth IRA, but taxes will be due on the conversion.
Be careful. I just learned 401k's don't have access to all mutual funds. Mine only has access to a bunch of TRASH mutual funds. I was so disappointed to find out I can't even invest in a simple s&p500 fund. These partnerships are greedy and not for us the employees.
I have a question that no one talks.
Where do you have your money invested? If that company goes bankrupt how do you keep your portfolio without losing everything?
There are various companies that allow for investing; robinhood, fidelity, Charles Schwab, etc. Bet on companies that don't go bankrupt; but if you believe in a company, you can't be afraid to lose any money because it's a gamble.
@@Chris-fq6wp i dont mean a company but a broker
Why don't they just pay down debt instead of handing out cash to shareholders?
Debt needs to be addressed, but seems they are very focused on expanding store count
You don't pay Tax on debt. Don't know 'bout murica, but in many european countries debt is actually tax beneficial
Debt management is a strategic maneuver.
Same reason paying off debt actually lowers your credit score
@@tacticalministries3508huh? Stop
