How to Play Payday 2 in Virtual Reality

Payday 2 VR is surprisingly good, unfortunately starting the game in virtual reality is a bit tricky because you need to enable the Payday 2 VR mod under DLC's after enabling it you are free to enjoy the adventures of the Payday gang.
I recently did a Payday 2: Car Shop speedrun in VR, it is currently a world record, but it doesn't mean much since there are almost no runners for Payday 2 VR.
