Engine Run - OS Max 15CV-M

A marine engine rescued from the briny blue and refitted for a bit of Slow Goodyear racing in New Zealand. Water cooled head cap removed, throttle replaced with a 4.0mm venturi and spraybar/retainer, needle valve rebuilt as a remote needle, custom made spinner nut. No internal changes. Fuel is 10% nitro, 20% oil.
The CV-M is a much more aggressively timed engine than its airborne cousin the CV-A, so it performs significantly better on the smaller props. One the biggest prop it's the same RPM as my ASP S15A - a Chinese clone of the CV-A. On the smaller props it has a clear 1000RPM advantage, even though the ASP has a 5.0mm venturi.
It should perform very well in Slow Goodyear!
