if you want to improve your speed up to 5-7 mph faster then i suggest bringing your drag foot your right foot to your left foot. I am saying this because i did the same thing and once my drag foot hit my driving foot then when out readt for the pitch it improve bout 7 mph faster every pitch. My pitching coach told me this and it has helped me ever since.
She started pitching at 9 years old. I am not sure we ever put a radar gun on her then but I am guessing somewhere in the low to mid 40's mph. We didn't work on speed too much until she was 12. Just trying to learn pitches before that and how to hit her spots.

There are camps and everything but just asking what might be a sign that she could be successful? She is almost six foot tall at 11 years old and weighs about 105 lbs.

It's called a Rev Fire. It does not work like a radar gun; rather it calculates speed based on the time elapsed between release and catch (there are different distance settings). Although unlike most RUclips softball pitching videos, I actually believe she is throwing the speeds being claimed.
I have noticed that a softball curve ball and baseball curve ball are a lot different a baseball curve seems mire deadly as it goes head level and then boom it falls right in the strike zone but I have problems hitting a curve ball in baseball
