@@trevorgood6511 Sorry for that: ,your PC has issue with Boot configuration data (BCD) where window boot options are stored. But if you follow the steps in the video, you will be able to recover your files and Get another Hard drive and load operating system .
You can also connect your window 10 USB drive . Enter bios firmware and select Removable device. Boot from it and select Troubleshoot -Advanced option - Startup repair.

@@jahblessTech hi thanks for your reply i have tried what you say here but nothing it wont even boot into the windows usb i have i think that windows code has destroyed my motherboard even if i go into boot in bios and set usb windows first it still will not boot into windows on usb

Hi my pc has error code Oxc0000098 tried a windows 10 usb but it won’t boot from it have changed boot sequence to usb but still won’t boot up thanks

And pls after i am done with the recovery process do i have to remove the usb before restarting the system?
Copy the recovered files to an external storage. Then removed the Hiren bootable USB.
