The audio in this documentary is captured from Lou Gramm interviews. Lou Gramm is a singer-songwriter, best known for being the lead singer of the rock band Foreigner from 1977 to 1990 and 1992 to 2003. Foreigner's first eight singles cracked the Billboard Top 20, making them the first band since The Beatles to achieve this milestone. 8 Gramm performed vocals on all of Foreigner's hits including "Urgent", "Juke Box Hero", "Break It Up", "Say You Will", and "I Don't Want to Live Without You". He co-wrote most of the band's songs, including the hit ballads "Waiting for a Girl Like You", which spent ten weeks at #2 on the 1981/82 American Hot 100, and "I Want to Know What Love Is", which was a number one hit in eight countries. Gramm released his first solo album, Ready or Not, in January 1987 to critical acclaim. The single "Midnight Blue" reached the top five

Lou Gramm was the heart of that band. When he teamed up with Mick Jones, they wrote beautiful songs. When Lou Gramm sang solo, he still prevailed anyway. He has a strong, high, emotional voice that was smooth, steady, deep, obvious, and overall just lovely.
Lou’s touring vocal endurance was unreal!
Lou Graham has one of the greatest rock and roll vocals of all times.
And its amazing how Lou hits these high notes.

Lou was on the top, but he has never boasted with his talent! I can only say the same - I imagine that all of us sit in the cozy room and hear all these stories. I really appreciate it! Lou... your voice cured, wondered, enjoyed me over 28 years. Thank you for these days! From time to time I play your "True Blue Love" for my husband. He likes the other music style, he likes DISCO HITS, but he was impressed with it. Thank for your gifted soul! No self-admiration, no narcissism, just a wonderful human being! BE HEALTHY!!!

Lou is my number one top singer. Great songwriter. Love listening to him with Foreigner or on his own CDs. My number two singer is Jimi Jamison, Survivor. Both bands should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
I'll take Lou at 50% over Kelly's hundred percent... No one could touch him in his prime and he is Foreigner regardless of any difficulties with his voice and health 💜

I don't care for the new singer for Foreigner I would rather listen to Lou Gramm he has the right singing voice for the group. The new singer sounds like he has a cold.
I remember first hearing his voice, as I waited at a car dealership. I was in a band at the time. I remember saying to myself. Who the hell is this? His voice mesmerized me. It was "Hot Blooded" and those punchy, intense, near operatic C5s with a tone like no one else! He has remained my biggest vocal influence. Hoping one day he might decide to teach voice. At 4:20, I believe the singer pictured is Kelly Hansen, not Lou Gramm.
They need to stop putting Hansen's pictures when it Lous voice. Hansen sounds nothing like Gramm and recently Gramm strongly stated he was offended by Hansen "mimicking him" stead of singing his own voice.

Without Lou I don't care what the band does, it isn't the Foreigner that I remember. Hanson is a fine vocalist, BUT..he isn't and never will be a Lou Gramm type singer. Lou needs to be regonized as one of the greatest american rock vocalist of all time.
Lou will always be the voice of Foreigner. I know fans still wish for Lou to be in the band, but let’s face facts Lou is not the same singer after his surgery plus he is older 73 so Lou has no desire to be on the road full time anymore.

Last weekend Foreigner Played here in Indy. Not ONE original member. People paid over 300 bucks to hear a cover band.
I would not have liked the drugs that seems to go with the bands.
Kelly is not Lou, but I think he does the songs justice. I'm a total Lou fan, but I'm glad to see Kelly helping keep the band alive and Rockin'.

Lou didn’t write cold as ice I have the album it’s listed as only mick jones as is I wanna Know what love is drugs and alcohol have hurt these guys memory’s as well as age
