I've been doing emboidery for years but just found this technique and am very facinated bt it. I've purchased a nice tulle and some silk organza whichI want to make as a gift for my daughter who loves yellow tulips, so trying to find a good photo of abunch of tulips as my drawing skills are not very good, never play Pictionary with me as a partner! Thans for your video it answered some of my questions thatI haven'tbeen able to find elsewhere.
I'm familiar with the Bohin brand needles. Which style needle type and size? Apointed embroidery style ot a blunt tipped tapestry. I read that a blunt tapestry was best as the tulle already has a hole
Haha thank you so much for this feedback, it's so true it always happens to everyone and will always continue to happen I think! Part of the creative process ;)
We have a video that might interest you that made some times ago about attaching your embroidered patch on clothes. Here is the link ruclips.net/video/k6fR_KeNcNo/видео.html
hey! I'm from India and I'm your big fan. Did you use dual tone thread for the second flower ?? please let me know. because i don't know where i can get this type of thread!!
There is no type written in the one I bought, it is just called "tulle". Yes you have to be super careful with tighten it, I had the same experience too!

It’s called a variated floss! I’m not so good to know where it is in India so I would recommend to search for variated floss online :)
Did you always used two strands of thread
What type of tulle?
What type of tulle are you using? I tried one before but it cracked near boarders when I tried to tighten the tulle!

My advice would be if you have several choices of tulle takes the one that is the thickest.
Charles and Elin ok thanks
R u using a double layer of tull?
