      It would appear that he may have been the most organized and accomplished Marine Corps admin clerk. In reality, he was the best infantry Marine I have served with. Based on meritorious promotions, his rise through the ranks, combat tours, sandbag filling, etc., he might have been the best in the battalion. Ask me how I know.

    This looks great and I'm sure it took some time to work it all out. But what I'm wanting to do is to get a panel van...or utility van. And make it into a mobile office. This way you can have them come inside, out of the weather. and have it all set up with solar powered / shore powered/ alternator powered van. It's amazing what they are able to do with them now. And you can go anywhere a car can go with them

      Hi Dennis!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to share man!! In a utility van you will be able to shield the students from weather and have a place you can conduct signings from anywhere!!

    That's a great setup! 2 questions. One, could the extra batteries be wired into the engine to charge while the car is driving? Two, how does all that equipment do in the summer heat?

    • @stevenaguirre554
      @stevenaguirre554 Год назад +1

      In most vehicles the answer is yes. You can connect the battery system to the vehicle so that they get recharged. My case is a special case. My vehicle is a hybrid. Most cars have a battery that powers the vehicles electronics (accessory battery). 2019 is the only year that Hyundai made an Ioniq with no accessory battery lol.....yay for me. Because of this I cannot connect it to my car unless I pay for an electrician to install a "step down" system from the Hybrid 24v battery to the 12v batteries I installed that connect to my 12v inverter. The only work around is installing a "shore power" system like the boating community has.
      With regards to the heat. San Diego does not get crazy hot--the hottest was 95-103 during our heat wave. No issues. But, I installed ceramic tints to keep out as much UV as possible and the printer and scanner being inside the car and not in a trunk helps. Additionally, that is why I put an additional cooling fan to help dissipate as much heat as possible.

      It might require having a second alternator installed. But it should be possible. Another possibility is solar panels. But that can get pricey and may still require charging the batteries periodically.

    • @stevenaguirre554
      @stevenaguirre554 Год назад

      @lepke1979 solar panels would only provide a trickle charge unless you have an array. I've looked into this. You wouldn't be able to charge fully unless you're using it less than twice a day. And you are in direct sunlight the majority of the day. But, Renogy makes a great invertor that is solar panel ready. Otherwise you'll need a voltage regulator and battery management system to manage charging your batteries. It'll get expensive.
      Instead of a second alternator you can just install a High Output alternator which is used for overlanding. Whichever option you choose just keep in mind that you want to produce enough power to cover the initial power draw of the brother laser printer. Initial power draws are 2-3 times the operational power requirement. In this case the printer uses 670 watts so multiple that by 3 which is 2,010 watts so that's the minimum your system should produce.

    Hey, once again, and great video, by the way...
    How important is it to have a dual tray printer?
    Because I so happen to have a laser printer but it's a single tray.
    Can I simply print the entire contract on legal paper only or will that present issues?

    • @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem
      @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem  8 месяцев назад

      Yo!! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment!! The only features you 100% without-a-doubt need in a printer are these: dual tray & laser. Having the ability to print both legal and regular sized paper is going to be so important!!
      In fact, I've created an entire video blog about why a dual tray laser printer is a must. Read that resource here to see what I mean:
      www.loansigningsystem.com/blog/as-a-notary-pubic-loan-signing-agent-get-a-dual-tray-laser-printer?RUclips&
      And remember, just because I mention the Brother brand does NOT mean that's you one you have to choose for yourself. You know what's best for you and your loan signing business, my goal is to merely offer you guidance along the way.
      Excited to hear what you think! Email me at mark@loansigningsystem.com if you have any questions!!

      Funny thing is going back to 2017 AAA came out with a study that showed in 2017 nearly 30% of cars don't offer spares...at all
      Including
      BMW 2/3/4/6 Series
      i3/8, X3, X4
      Cadillac ATS & CTS
      Hyundai Accent/Ioniq
      Mercedes
      B/C/CLA/E/GLA/S/SL Classes
      2 Porsche models
      Tesla Models S & X
      Lots of manufacturers had at least 1 model w/o a spare😮 from Acura and Audi to Ford to Infiniti to Smart only name I didn't see on the list was Subraru 😂
      So it's a thing 🤔 😳

      100! When I did not have a dedicated work vehicle I felt the same. But, since this is my dedicated work vehicle I decided to go all in. And I got tired of printing or prepping on windy day out of my trunk or on rainy days. Additionally, security was a factor. I had people walk up to me alot when I printed out of my trunk to ask about my equipment. To me that made it risky. This way i can print, scan, prep, package in my car without worrying about calling attention or the weather.
