Took the course and Mark took me from $5k last year to my best month yet of $13,500 last month. Thanks for this video. I have been exactly where she was and am just beginning to learn about the Loan Signing System. I became a Notary in 2021 and didn't realize the key to my future was literally in the palm of my hand! I have been unemployed for 4 months and with all my job searches I have not had any success. I was really getting depressed but then I realized that if I could only get out of my comfort zone and start knocking on as many doors as I could to give them my Notary business card, then I could at least start there but then I came across the Loan Signing system and now I am really looking forward to this training! Wow, this is crazy.... my coworker told me about the LSS. Autumn has to be one of the most impressive interviews that you've done. Also having lived in North Carolina I did not realize that they were an attorney State like Connecticut where I'm located right now. She was and is wealth of knowledge and I will say the numbers are in the doing because the more you plant your garden the more your crop will come up. And it's sometimes that seed that we planted three to nine months ago that all the sudden calls you or sends you a text message and needs you. Love your content

Wow, this interview was months ago, but still right on time. I just this weekend was thinking about signing up for the course, but had many of the reservations and excuses that I heard in this video that others have had. One being that I am in an Attorney state and that it is so much harder and no real money to be made, but then I open up RUclips and I see this interview (as I have seen others in my timeline) and decide to click on it and listen to this success story of someone who is not only in an Attorney state, but in my same state!! I do not believe in coincidences at all…this was with purpose and confirmation to move forward. Listening to Autumn and getting so inspired and excited was what I needed. Can your interviews can be more focused on how the make it possible, their strategies and how the actually manage to produce $16k in a month vs life stories. You have to really watch 20 minutes of a life story before you get to the 1 minute where the actually share how they do it.

I am at 33 minutes. I really hope that you all eventually elaborated on how she was able to do this while having a full-time job. Especially if her job requires her to work 8-5pm or 9-5pm. That would be my biggest barrier. Having an in person job during the day, then trying to market to businesses that usually close by 5 o’clock. But I’m sure it can be done.

I am seeing this late but it's never too late. I am going to try to focus and be disciplined and get this done.. ⭐⭐⭐I had planned that I was going to obtain my notary public business. I just moved to NC but got discouraged because it is an Attorney state and the online platforms I was planning to do is not allowed in NC. However, after seeing this I am very inspired. I will need to work on so much but I am determined. I have been asking God to lead me on a path. I have so many ideas that never came to fruition so I am going to take a chance on myself.
I'm holding you to it Sar! You are not alone! Those nerves you are feeling is something every signing agent has felt, including me. I need to finally take the leap and get started. Im certified as a loan signing agent I just have not started and a plus Ive been in the mortgage industry for almost 10 years was a closer almost half that time so I know the closing documents. Im not sure why I have not started in this industry I am missing out for sure.

Autumn is inspiring and i love her hustle! I would have loved to hear how she is doing this while working a full time job? Like what times of the day does she do signings if she is only doing it part time...how many does she do a day or week? I would also have loved to hear how becoming a loan signing agent has allowed her to be more present with her kids or is she still not able to be as present still? I am sure the sacrifice is worth it because she is making a lot of money, but I think the realistic expectation would be helpful for single or working moms in general.
Hi Eleia! When getting direct business, usually those signings occur at the office. So instead of driving from point A to B, she conducts those signing appointments in one setting! Leaving her enough time to work from home full-time for another job in the late night/early morning and also spend time with her family :) And when you get direct business, you get to keep the whole signing fee! Which are the highest paying appointments in the industry. Autumn shared with the LSS family that her best direct client reaches out to her first and let her schedule a fair majority of their signings to work with her schedule! The month of March, she conducted 108 signings!!! Amazing, right?! And great news!! You can connect with her in the private network Six Figure FB group! On the NNA website it states for VA: Restricts Notaries from conducting real property signings without an escrow license if they but once handle monies for closing costs. Hello. How is Autumn able to charge more than what NC allows for a Notary? Per the NNA website, the state of NC limits the fees Notaries may charge (to the statutory maximum fees for notarial acts). No other ancillary fees my be charged. I am curious because I am going going through the training with NNA and considering buying my supplies, but I don't want to waste my time.
Hi Tam! The good news is that signing agents don't charge as notaries! That's the biggest misconception :) The signing agent notarizes for FREE and charges for the travel time to and from the borrowers location and for the service of collecting signatures and returning the loan docs to the lender.That is how signing agents can make up to $75-$200 per hour appointment for that service- unlike regular notary publics who can only charge a few dollars per signature witnessed! Thanks for this video. I have been exactly where she was and am just beginning to learn about the Loan Signing System. I became a Notary in 2021 and didn't realize the key to my future was literally in the palm of my hand! I have been unemployed for 4 months and with all my job searches I have not had any success. Wow, this interview was months ago, but still right on time. I just this weekend was thinking about signing up for the course, but had many of the reservations and excuses that I heard in this video that others have had. One being that I am in an Attorney state and that it is so much harder and no real money to be made, but then I open up RUclips and I see this interview (as I have seen others in my timeline) and decide to click on it and listen to this success story of someone who is not only in an Attorney state, but in my same state!! I am at 33 minutes. I really hope that you all eventually elaborated on how she was able to do this while having a full-time job. Especially if her job requires her to work 8-5pm or 9-5pm. That would be my biggest barrier. Having an in person job during the day, then trying to market to businesses that usually close by 5 o’clock. But I’m sure it can be done.

I am seeing this late but it's never too late. I am going to try to focus and be disciplined and get this done.. ⭐⭐⭐I had planned that I was going to obtain my notary public business. I just moved to NC but got discouraged because it is an Attorney state and the online platforms I was planning to do is not allowed in NC. However, after seeing this I am very inspired.
I will need to work on so much but I am determined. I have been asking God to lead me on a path. I have so many ideas that never came to fruition so I am going to take a chance on myself.
I'm holding you to it Sar! You are not alone! Those nerves you are feeling is something every signing agent has felt, including me. The KEY is to not let those nerves stop you from building your business.

Autumn is inspiring and i love her hustle! I would have loved to hear how she is doing this while working a full time job? Like what times of the day does she do signings if she is only doing it part time...how many does she do a day or week? I would also have loved to hear how becoming a loan signing agent has allowed her to be more present with her kids or is she still not able to be as present still? I am sure the sacrifice is worth it because she is making a lot of money, but I think the realistic expectation would be helpful for single or working moms in general.
Hi Eleia! When getting direct business, usually those signings occur at the office. So instead of driving from point A to B, she conducts those signing appointments in one setting!
Leaving her enough time to work from home full-time for another job in the late night/early morning and also spend time with her family :)
And when you get direct business, you get to keep the whole signing fee! Which are the highest paying appointments in the industry. Autumn shared with the LSS family that her best direct client reaches out to her first and let her schedule a fair majority of their signings to work with her schedule!
The month of March, she conducted 108 signings!!! Amazing, right?!

Mark: I had a question concerning the state of VA. On the NNA website it states for VA: Restricts Notaries from conducting real property signings without an escrow license if they but once handle monies for closing costs.
Could you explain this a little more please?

Hello. How is Autumn able to charge more than what NC allows for a Notary? Per the NNA website, the state of NC limits the fees Notaries may charge (to the statutory maximum fees for notarial acts). No other ancillary fees my be charged. I am curious because I am going going through the training with NNA and considering buying my supplies, but I don't want to waste my time.
Hi Tam! The good news is that signing agents don't charge as notaries! That's the biggest misconception :)
The signing agent notarizes for FREE and charges for the travel time to and from the borrowers location and for the service of collecting signatures and returning the loan docs to the lender.That is how signing agents can make up to $75-$200 per hour appointment for that service- unlike regular notary publics who can only charge a few dollars per signature witnessed!

What's the difference between an attorney state vs title state as far as loan closings are concerned? Which one offers more job opportunities? Thx
Hi Dee! This is a great question! In an escrow state, an escrow company directs the closing of a real estate transaction.In an attorney state, an attorney facilitates the real estate transaction process and either acts as the organizing neutral third party (like the escrow company in escrow states) or represents the buyer or seller. Both offer many job opportunities!
