You my dear is inspiration!! I cried at the beginning of the interview when you talked about wanting to take care of your parents and I wanted to take care of my mom as well before she passed away because of the sacrifices she made for my sister and I but I wasn’t able to pay it forward to her. Even though she is not here with me in the physical form she is definitely with me in the spirit form rooting me on to create generational wealth for myself and family. I am a single mother, full time nursing student and I got this!!! Thank you soooo much for your transparency! I will most definitely keep you updated on my success. My next goal is to take my NSA exam by January 21, 2021 and I got this!!!

@@MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem If we get direct signings we won’t need to get a printer because we’d get our documents from the escrow office, correct? Or have things changed due to covid? I started the course from the beginning because it had been a while since I went over it and I just got my notary certification this week and this was mentioned as one of the benefits of going direct- you won’t have to print out documents.

Congratulations, Sheila!!! Great and inspiring interview. I normally work through lunch, but in 2021 I am breaking that habit. So I watched this interview on my lunch break! I don't see Sheila as cocky; I see her as someone who has been THROUGH it and has come a long way and she's now "fireproof" as a result of her LSA experience and her faith. She now has power over her negative emotions, which can sometimes rule us if we don't comprehend WHOSE we are. It's like saying to the world or your circumstances, "you can't crush me (again/anymore); I have a skill or a plan or a path that you cannot take away!!" Sending you loads of love from a fellow Caribbean-American girl. :)

I started my course today in the state of North Carolina, I come from working in contracts and compliance in a big international business environment, have law degree and I'm originally from the Netherlands. I had a full time career and had to resign when my son suffered a brain injury in 2010. I have put everything into my son and he is doing great with his disability. I am in NYC too. I am still deep into my full-time job, but I know other people in NYC and upstate NY doing this work part-time and full-time who are doing very well. Most of their signings involve property outside NY. Buyers reside in NY, but the property is another state. Others get signings with an attorney from the attorney state on the phone. It's possible....go for it!!
Yes, I’m from NYC metro area too and just signed up for the course but would like for an interview with a loan signing agent from NYC.
@@jocelynhenriquez1490 I get what you mean. Virginia must have great rates for signings. There are some states where there is no way to make that much part time because rates are much lower. Not every state has the same rates even with direct signings.
@@jenniferjones1470 I agree. once I get my commission and 💯 prepared to I’ll try to do evenings and weekends. With a full-time job, I also work during tax season after work and weekends so I’ll try to figure out how to handle all that workload. Otherwise, I’ll have to try after tax season is over even if the fees are not too high. It won’t hurt to give it a try ☺️
This is awesome! Mark is pure electric and I don’t think there’s anyone out there as enthusiastic and encouraging as him! What an awesome teacher, mentor and friend! Can’t wait to take your class! I have my commission in Virginia as well and have been trying to get started. I signed up for some major databases and received a request for an appointment tomorrow for $100 but couldn’t take it because I haven’t don’t a single signing yet! Congrats Sheila!!! I’m so glad you have become an inspiration for many!! I moved to south Florida 26years ago…….i, too work in the airline industry (this month 34years). I’m an only child & i have always prided myself for my good work ethic. I must say i am so impressed by all the island folks i have met….they work so hard! My partner at work is Haitian & he has taught me well for the job. I am considering this course as i will be retiring in the next 3-5 years……side gigs never hurt! I’m looking to move to another home, and with the explosion of home sales here, the extra money will definitely help. I wish you continued success…you’re doing you! Glad you do it well!

I have watch almost every interview and all of them inspired me and got me excited this one hit me in such a different way I’ve watch this one 5 times and each time I’m in tears because I can relate on such a deep level when she talks about her depression and self doubt and feeling the constant pressure to be better but the fear of not getting there. I’ve been going back and forth for 6 months trying to decide if I should do this if I can be successful in the area I’m in because people keep saying it over saturated, if I’m smart enough if I’m wrong for not enjoying the business that I have currently, all these fears/thoughts but it doesn’t matter what matters if I don’t try I’ll always wonder. 2 feet and faith thank you for this inspiring interview.
