Will we be embarrassed when Mashiach comes? YES :
    Jews Desecrating Shabbat
    Wasting seed
    Gossip
    Intermarriage
    Not keeping kosher
    Not observing the Jewish Holidays
And you say or the Rebbe say: “it’s All good”
“Hashem sees how good we are”
Can you please refer to your sources whilst you making these kind of statements?
    Thank you

Literally the definition of sinat chinam. Here are just a very small sprinkling of sources to back up what he is saying from chazal to contemporary and that's leaving out any chassidic sources (which I strongly suspect you don't accept, given the things your general cohort tends to spout, apologies if I got that bit wrong, but for them to see too):
      a. ignorance (Michtav MeEliyahu III, p.47 (theft); (Rambam, Mamrim III: 2,3) - even after receiving information
      b. ignorance (Shabbos 116b) - knowing unbelief is worse
      c. ignorance (Bava Metzia 33b - Maharal) - unlearned walk in the dark
      d. individual circumstances (Rambam, Teshuva III:2)
      e. capabilities (Basra Kama 50a - Maharal) - G-d is more exacting with those closer to Him
      f. capabilities (Pri Tzadik - ok one chassidic work, but like always, it is based on chazal: Shavuous 26) - each person from his own starting place
      g. stress (Bava Basra 16b) - words spoken in pain; only Torah controls Yetzer Hara
      h. sexual misconduct (San. 9b, Tos.) - not disqualified for testimony; (Gitin 41b, Tos.) - not fully deliberate, hence qualify for others' help
Also just listen to the LOGIC of what he is saying. Don't always demand a source. Use your head! What kind of God do you think Hashem is? Neviim and Chazal say we are married to Hashem. What kind of marriage is it, if one spouse is so exacting, has zero understanding or tolerance for even the slightest mistake from their partner, especially in a generation so far removed from Sinai? Who wants to be in a marriage like that? So many jews are raised without any understanding of Hashem, Torah, mitzvot, how can we expect anything of them? If they've heard anything about Torah, they've heard that God is like I've just said chas veshalom. If we are to have any hope of getting them to start treating Hashem properly and keeping all the mitzvot to exacting standards like we really aught to, we have to first teach them the truth about Him, like Rabbi Friedman does in such an incredible, real way. Just use your head! If you disagree with Rabbi Friedman, explain why he is wrong, not just why you are right!
I strongly recommend learning some chassidus, some chabad chassidus, direclty. It's the cure to dogmatic thinking that's invaded some of the jewish world chas veshalom. There's an entire bookcase of sforim by the Rebbe where he discusses these ideas and provides all the sources you claim they don't have. Or if you don't like that tzaddik, like some of your cohort tend to mock him (oy vey), then there are another two or three bookcases of sforim from the previous Rebbes. Or any other branch of chassidus, if you have a problem with chabad. See it for yourself, and learn some ahavas yisrael! We need it now more than ever, and this scathing internet attacking eachother in public is way worse than any of the sins you've listed above (yes including gossip and intermarriage), and none of the sources I've listed will excuse it.

    B"H
Today someone helped me understand just why avodah zarah is so compelling. It makes people feel spiritual and euphoric - and they mix that up with Holiness.
And that is exactly what the Rabbis are peddling - euphoric, spiritual feelings - which people err and think is Torah because it feels good.
Real Torah is a joy to learn, but Torah is not about euphoria and certainly not about spirituality. Torah is all about knowing the secrets of creating, forming and making beautiful, genuinely Holy worlds. Torah is the Book of Life, not the book of spirituality, the book of euphoria or the book of ceremonies.
The Rabbis' version of Torah is like those soft drinks that contain 5% real fruit juice, but are is mostly fluoridated water, refined sugar, artificial flavor and preservatives. Once someone gets addicted to those concoctions, they have little desire to eat real, organic fruit - which require some chewing and digesting.
When we come away from the Rabbis' lectures we may feel inspired, but we are no closer to knowing how to create than we were before. All the Rabbis can impart is how to perform ceremonies, which are parodies and simulations like skits that children put on in grade school, of the true Knowledge in Torah and to how to keep ourselves doped up on serotonin and adrenaline hits while we do those tragic comedies.

37 “This is what you should say to the prophets: ‘What is the Lord’s answer?’ or ‘What is the Lord saying?’ 38 But suppose they respond, ‘This is a prophecy from the Lord!’ Then you should say, ‘This is what the Lord says: Because you have used this phrase, “prophecy from the Lord,” even though I warned you not to use it, 39 I will forget you completely.[d] I will expel you from my presence, along with this city that I gave to you and your ancestors. 40 And I will make you an object of ridicule, and your name will be infamous throughout the ages.’”
