Happily she is much better since mid 2019, after therapy and adjustment of her touring schedule to be lighter allow friends along.
This was actually about dealing with sleep paralysis, and how it affects you, and most people who have had it or do have it, you wake up and are aware and can see n hear everything, but you can't move or scream or anything, your essentially paralyzed for a few minutes or however long it is, and it usually always comes with seeing a black shadow person or 'demon' and it's terrifying to go through! She also included the fact that she was going through having suicidal thoughts and ideations at the time
