And Whitney Houston may have sung "I Will Always Love You", but Dolly Parton wrote it and did it WAY BETTER ... and this rendition was not as good as either one.
@@PudentameAs a rendition, of course it was really good. But you can't ask anyone to be "as good as" Whitney's or Dolly's voices, they were unique. Personal opinion.

@@twilagitschlag5662I like both, but my tastes are very eclectic. And I will always think of Dolly first when I hear this song. I love when someone can take an amazing song and do something different with it. For me it really shows a fanominal musical talent.

Not all these were auditions. I can tell that maybe one was a final and another two were battles for certain. I know that "The Time of My Life" came from "Highschool Musical" from the karaoke scene between the lead characters.
How could that first girl ruin that song like that?

Most all of these were audition takes. You can tell that because they hit a button to turn their chair. I know it's difficult.
