Yes, and that's why they were so kind to her, although her performance wasn't all that. Audiences and judges of Got Talent shows know nothing about classical singing, and they are like "wow" at every high-pitched voice. In reality, any vocal student in a conservatory could sing at least as well as her, and many much better.

I think that I just must stop trying to comment on each of these amazing performers. It really seems that the UK has some really fantastic talent recognized and unrecognized, keep shining the light on these new discoveries, and keep developing the ones that you have found.
I don’t think he lacked compassion, he just always told the truth to those auditioning, he does have an unparalleled instinct in knowing who will make it, recognizes true talent, but has become more mellow in his delivery.
