I unknowingly took a nap and felt very heavy after listened to this. Maybe because I'm in full survival mode these past few weeks and this video just made me feel very relaxed after all this time. Thank you

I’ve been listening to this and one or two other videos of yours. I always thought it was BS when people would say they got money. Last night I won $300 in a 50/50 raffle. I never win anything. Tonight I got pulled over speeding and when looking for my Registration found $125 worth of Visa GC that I must have forgotten about. I think from Christmas 10 months ago. Not bad for the last 2 days. Grateful and will keep listening. Thank you
I keep telling RUclips to stop putting ads in ANY meditation or hypnotic sessions - in many territories it is still illegal because people are in a highly suggestible state and it could be really harmful - subliminal ads were banned many years ago so anything slipped in must be similarly banned.
Funny they taught us in school in 1984 ( truthfully) subliminal ads have never been banned except for cigarette advertising to children. THE CAMEL LAWS 🐫 ( remember that picture) so did the children.

I first tried this a few weeks ago and didn’t even realize I was under until he counted to open your eyes and I “woke” up! It was so weird! Did it again last night and forced myself to stay awake. My eyes closed a little and it was fuzzy, my eyes fully opened when he started counting! Such a weird feeling but really cool!
Happened the same to me! The first time I've tried the happy trance hypnosis and I fell asleep. I tried this one today expecting the same and for some reason I immediately woke up when he said "wake up". I've noticed the happy trance video mentions that if you fell asleep during the session it's okay, but in this one it doesn't say that. So after this I'm totally confident on the effectiveness of this method.
I especially love listening to this whilst driving or operating machinery.

I feel like Paul's voice in this session helps to replace my persistent and unchecked internal dialogue. During the days that follow I notice an upswing of positive emotions in the moment.

Listening to this video elicited a soothing emotional response, a rush of tears but no sadness. I also experienced eye fluttering followed by a tingling sensation in my fingers and legs. Within the first few minutes, vivid visions of my life resurfaced that I'd seen before, but have not yet experienced. As a reference, I listened during the day in a quiet space without distractions and focused on being open to a mindset shift and abundance (ie virtuosness, affluence, spirituality, health,etc). Thank you for sharing your gift.

I used the stop smoking cd to give up the cigs. Id fall asleep during the countdown, but I thought I'd try this one and I fall asleep before he's finished telling you to relax. I just can't keep my eyes open.

Theres loads of these hypnosis videos on RUclips but I don't trust them. Listening to someone say "I am wealthy" to me just sounds like someone telling me over and over again that they are wealthy but it doesn't make me believe I am wealthy. I trust Paul McKenna and I know it's working because I fall asleep listening to this but wake up at the end of the video when he says to wake up no matter how deeply I fall asleep.

I have been listening to your sessions for a while, and as much as I like them, I think I cannot be hypnotised
Everyone can go in to trance/hypnosis. You're just expecting it to be like stage hypnosis. It's not the same!
There's different levels of trance, it's normal to hear everything and it's also normal to dip in and out like daydreaming... It depends how deeply you allow yourself to go. I'm a hypnotherapist so that's how I know.
People expect to be hypnotised like they see on stage or tv... This isn't the same thing.
Just listen, relax and don't 'expect' anything. Listen and chill... That's enough trust me.

In general, it's easier to get into a hypnotic state iif you're a line worker than for people who engage analytical thinking for work.

When should you listen to this? In the mornings after waking up or before going to bed?
BOTH is best, but either will do. Try journaling . In the night list of your to-do's, or a specific goal or concerns for that day just before you start the video. Write a positive affirmation at the bottom of the list. Maybe something like, "all is well". Or "I receive my breakthrough and find solutions today", etc. In the morning, write any insight on solutions, any dreams, or just free flow for a few minutes. Then write a few carefully chosen affirmations and return to your meditation visualizations with gratitude and see the magnificent change in your day. Be sure to note in your journal and celebrate any changes in mood, good luck, promotions, new teachers or connections you've made each day.
Have been listening to Paul for a few years, but I notice these fantastic videos have been uploaded in mono? The ones i used to listen to were in stereo.
The I can make you thin hypnotism helped me lose 30 lbs but it takes several months of nightly listening with headphones

I was in a movie with Dougray Scott called LOVE’S KITCHEN - HE KNOWS YOU AND TOLD ME HOW YOU RESOLVED A FAMOUS ACTOR’S STAGE FRIGHT. That actor had apparently lost his lines in a performance and said: “I must put the cat out…” and left the theatre in panic - I know Dougray said that you had saved that actor’s career.

Paul, I appreciate this but I would prefer to listen to this before I sleep at night and not be woken up with louder voice at the end telling me to WAKE UP when I want to SLEEP. This is a great meditation but I won't be using it for the reason mentioned.
I fall asleep with it but don't wake up afterwards.
I fall into a deeper sleep than I did with his stop smoking cd 20 years ago.

@Ann A if ur using ur phone drag the little red cursor to the end of the video (forward it to the end) sometimes it will hav a last ad but then when you hit the replay button its add free. I do that with all the meditations.
