Damn I have a three headed hydra I need to tame. For years I’ve had a sexual addiction, I’m tall and attractive and has always allowed me to exercise my addictions but I feel it eating away at my soul, so many fake people talk about how it’s every man’s dream to sleep around while I have lived that dream and I promise you it’s a nightmare. I've been studying Taoist Chi Gong and the Glorian Gnostics for almost 30 years. I've recently started writing out the Bible while at the same time setting it to memory. I have to say in all my years I've heard no one explain it as well as you. Take this into consideration: Adam is our circulatory system while Eve is our reproductive system. Both of which, when in harmony with each other leads to the growth of our soul. Eden means Bliss. Adam means red, while the Hebrew spelling for blood is in the Hebrew spelling for adam. If you study the Hebrew spelling for Eve and understand the three letters from a Kabbalistic perspective, you can correlated her name with the Kabbalistic meaning of the Aleph - in the context of the mother of creation. Bereshit (head and house [body bellow the throat/earth/our physicality]) - all of chapter 1 - is the knowledge of the human neuroendocrine system. The 4 rivers flow from the pineal gland - The Hypothalamus (Phison / Aquarius / Chockmah) and the 3 lobes of the Pituitary gland. Think the ancient carvings of gods holding the pine cone at eye level and a bag at scrotum level. Great video. According to spiritual revelations to a Christian mystic, Golgotha was named because it was where Adam's skull was buried. Some of the guys think that semen retention is abstaining from sex. NO! You can have sex at the same time retaining it. And believe me, this extends the time of your sex, making it spectacular experience both for you and for the woman.

When aroused, you naturally erect outwards but you can actually erect inwards and upwards during exhale. When starting retention, how do you break out of the constant urges and aggression/frustration during the first couple of weeks? I’ve been addicted since I was a young teen and those grooves are deep.

Great video, and I also gotta thank you for the stages of SR video, it’s given me the perspective to get back to 65 days, and stronger than ever. That being said, I have some recommendations for greater understanding of this topic: First off, I would recommend that you drop the Kabbalah stuff. It’s based on a work called the Zohar, which is claimed to be of great antiquity, but is most likely a forgery produced about 700 years ago. Second off, maybe you are aware of his teachings already, but I’d really recommend you look solely to Paramahansa Yogananda and the Self-Realization Fellowship line of gurus on this topic, specifically reading “The Second Coming of Christ” and the “SRF Lessons.” So much of the information out there today related to kundalini, Christ Consciousness, who Jesus really was, meditation in the West, and heck, maybe (big maybe) even all the nonsense about crystals are all just degenerated forms of the doctrine of Kriya Yoga, the spiritual path authorized for the entire human race to follow by the immortal saint Mahavatar Babaji in 1861. This on top of the fact that Kriya is taught by many unauthorized teachers, despite the fact that it is supposed to be kept pure, and only distributed by SRF. The “avatar gurus” of the SRF path are all-knowing, in tune with the Will of God, and as it is the intention of God in this age that all should gain Kriya Yoga, the most powerful technique of meditation, it is best to look to them for guidance. On a largely unrelated topic, I would also recommend you look into the Bahá’í Faith. It has become clear to me that Kriya Yoga and the Bahá’í Faith, despite having no official connection, are in fact the two great revelations of our age. The former establishing the Kingdom of God within, the latter establishing it over all the Earth. Even both their forerunner figures are similar, in both name and personality (Mahavatar Babaji and the Báb.) Considering that Yogananda’s Autobiography mentions a saint who could be in two places at once, and considering that the Báb’s execution involved him being in two places at once, it seems likely that these two men are one and the same. I think you would be wise to try understanding this.

All these religions and ancient cultures were trying to communicate the same message in different ways. Im african, and even in our cultures these messages are communicated just differently from great men who lived before us Now it makes sense. I grew up in a catholic family which criticizes all other religions and their teachings even calling african ancient cultures demonic. nd thats how i was raised but at the back of my mind i knew its not about whos right and whos wrong. So i decided to take a step back and strip myself of everything Decided not to have any religion but ofcourse i understand that we are spiritual beings So piecing these teachings together makes so much fuckin sense. I am glad i remained unbiased Now i am definitely going to read more and learn about different cultures and religions because they all communicate. Hinduism, Buddhism, Greek, Islam etc

Obviously the streak would end, but I would say that some of the things you picked up on along the way will stick with you and allow you to rebound quicker at get back on track...Building up a long streak is the way to go but if you do slip up along the way take the L as a Lesson rather than a Loss to help you push past these barriers the next time around my brotha 🙏🏽

Some of the guys think that semen retention is abstaining from sex. NO! You can have sex at the same time retaining it. And believe me, this extends the time of your sex, making it spectacular experience both for you and for the woman.

When starting retention, how do you break out of the constant urges and aggression/frustration during the first couple of weeks?
I’ve been addicted since I was a young teen and those grooves are deep.
Understand that these urges, frustrations, and aggressions are simply just energy…energy that needs to be expressed in some way shape or form otherwise it will boil up to the brim and find a way to break out usually leading you to relapse and release

Great video, and I also gotta thank you for the stages of SR video, it’s given me the perspective to get back to 65 days, and stronger than ever. That being said, I have some recommendations for greater understanding of this topic:
First off, I would recommend that you drop the Kabbalah stuff. It’s based on a work called the Zohar, which is claimed to be of great antiquity, but is most likely a forgery produced about 700 years ago.
Second off, maybe you are aware of his teachings already, but I’d really recommend you look solely to Paramahansa Yogananda and the Self-Realization Fellowship line of gurus on this topic, specifically reading “The Second Coming of Christ” and the “SRF Lessons.” So much of the information out there today related to kundalini, Christ Consciousness, who Jesus really was, meditation in the West, and heck, maybe (big maybe) even all the nonsense about crystals are all just degenerated forms of the doctrine of Kriya Yoga, the spiritual path authorized for the entire human race to follow by the immortal saint Mahavatar Babaji in 1861. This on top of the fact that Kriya is taught by many unauthorized teachers, despite the fact that it is supposed to be kept pure, and only distributed by SRF. The “avatar gurus” of the SRF path are all-knowing, in tune with the Will of God, and as it is the intention of God in this age that all should gain Kriya Yoga, the most powerful technique of meditation, it is best to look to them for guidance.
On a largely unrelated topic, I would also recommend you look into the Bahá’í Faith. It has become clear to me that Kriya Yoga and the Bahá’í Faith, despite having no official connection, are in fact the two great revelations of our age. The former establishing the Kingdom of God within, the latter establishing it over all the Earth. Even both their forerunner figures are similar, in both name and personality (Mahavatar Babaji and the Báb.) Considering that Yogananda’s Autobiography mentions a saint who could be in two places at once, and considering that the Báb’s execution involved him being in two places at once, it seems likely that these two men are one and the same. I think you would be wise to try understanding this.

Bro im new to this entire spirituality thing. Its really interesting how all these things connect. All these religions and ancient cultures were trying to communicate the same message in different ways.
Im african, and even in our cultures these messages are communicated just differently from great men who lived before us
Now it makes sense. I grew up in a catholic family which criticizes all other religions and their teachings even calling african ancient cultures demonic. nd thats how i was raised but at the back of my mind i knew its not about whos right and whos wrong. So i decided to take a step back and strip myself of everything
Decided not to have any religion but ofcourse i understand that we are spiritual beings
So piecing these teachings together makes so much fuckin sense. I am glad i remained unbiased
Now i am definitely going to read more and learn about different cultures and religions because they all communicate. Hinduism, Buddhism, Greek, Islam etc
Man I love to hear this bro, keeping an open mind is crucial for actually being able to elevate spiritually as there are universal truths packaged in different ways in all these religions and practices…Yet being dogmatic and only thinking that your way is the right way completely takes all these amazing teachings away from you due to the fact that your cognitive bias won’t every even allow the thought of entertaining these lessons
I am in a similar position brotha, I don’t claim any single one religion or philosophy of life but I try to keep as open as a mind as possible to dig into all of them and see what bits and pieces work for me in the general scheme of it all

i watch all of ur vdos bruh. But I'm uncertain. Imagine if, after being in retention for more than 100 days, we only relapsed once. Do we begin a fresh retention period from scratch, or is it OK to continue the real days for one or two times of time between retention?
Obviously the streak would end, but I would say that some of the things you picked up on along the way will stick with you and allow you to rebound quicker at get back on track...Building up a long streak is the way to go but if you do slip up along the way take the L as a Lesson rather than a Loss to help you push past these barriers the next time around my brotha 🙏🏽
