It’s so crazy how when you aren’t ready for information it kind of just washed over you and you don’t retain any of it. But when you’re ready it like a massive lightbulb moment that can change your life! I always listen to a full video even if it doesn’t make sense, I know it’s still doing work within. So I had my spiritual awakening last February, I honestly wasn't spiritual at all before, I'm a science guy, but I started exploring Quantum physics and consciousness, and it lead me to the to finding out about the gateway process just 3 days before my zodiac sign new moon. And my catalyst for my awakening happened 2 days after the new moon. So this makes a lot of sense and confirms to me that there is truth in astrology and alchemy after all. This Esoteric stuff is so new to me, i knew in science we only objectively discovered 5% of reality, learning this stuff is like learning about the other 95%. Thanks for this information!
This is known as Kechari Mudra within Kriya yoga and the Vedic teachings refer to the milk & honey fluid, as `Amrita'; it helps if your ajna chakra is open already, in order to experience the full effect. Back to the "Emerald Tablets of Thoth", "listen ye o men and be wise, lift ever upwards your eyes toward the light"....this is VERY important. You will feel the sensation on your third eye; fill your vessel (body) with the Divine light (both Sun & Moon), so, you (soul) can find your way back home; continue with this practice every feasible opportunity you get. @@jkwheatley7880 Hi, apparently as long as you can in one sitting; start with 5-10mins at first and then gradually build up; I go on for an hour etc., however, I have been meditating for 25yrs, plus I was given the kriya via my Guru (Prem Rawat) in my twenties, back in the day. Please be patient, as it does take time for the tongue to stretch out and can take years of practice and discipline. It's worth it in the end, truly.

Excellent timing. This has been occurring in real time for me. Incredible energy in the heart center that either arises from, or descends into the solar plexus. I instantly get emotional and yesterday, I broke down for over 5 minutes. I kept crying, but the tears were energetic and joyful. A sense of recognition and an feeling of being home. I entered into a state of pure peace after that. Went outside and the world felt as though it was my playground. The stars came out and everything spoke a silent language of synchronized rhythm. The lightening bugs even cane out to play, or maybe they were orbs? Idk. Beautiful feeling. Oh, and I opened up a direct channel to my higher self.

Yeap was on a spiritual journey 25 years ago. This happened many times during my journey. Experienced the whole kundilini process, from head to spine and heart. But alas, I stopped my spiritual journey because I needed to understand myself in this material consciousness. I believe it's during consciously moving the secretion through the energy pathways, the human toroidal biosphere. Intentional visualization of the secretion moving whilst tongue touching roof of mouth.
iow when one engages in this conscious activity during those moon days. Conducting oneself in highest vibration in other areas too during this time too. Consciously when healthy eating, prayers, thoughts purified, etc.
You can't eat with your tongue that way. It's awareness during that time. That's my take ✌️

Through a former qi gong practice I understand that keeping the tongue on the roof of the mouth "closes the circuit" and restores the body to parasympathetic state, so it's beneficial regardless - there's probably no harm in doing it as much of the time as one can anyway - but appreciate the instruction to do it while meditating on the movement through the energy pathways.

I had this happen without any knowledge of any of this, i had already started wanting to be a better person in life for myself and for others. Then I started being guided by the synchronicities, they lead me to a person who gave me the key which was in the form of advice. Days later in a moment of despair, I lay down and I was listing to sad music with my eyes closed, the best way I could describe what happened next was I fell into a meditation, for the first time ever, completely by accident, and the universe started to speak to me through the music, and somewhat of a door was revealed, when I realized I had the key it opened, when I went through, it was just black like it normally is when you close your eyes, but I noticed something, there was a black mass that was even blacker than the surrounding darkness, as I took one step towards it, I’d bolted away and fled me, I believe this was Fear itself, just then my pineal cracked and flowed for the first time, I awoke from the meditation smiling, I lay down and went immediately back into meditation, I realized I had to clean out the rest of the closet for a EGO death. I focused on one moment from my life where I had trauma, one for every negative emotion, and every time I forgave and loved those emotions, they left one by one and each time my pineal cracked and flowed. When I removed the last one, I awoke and had what felt like a 20 pound weight lifted off my chest. Then the sacred secretion began, flowing through and cleansing my blood, many of my health issues were instantly healed, feeling my pineal crack for days and the secretion flow through me, was one of the best feelings I ever felt in my entire life. it was a miracle, I cried tears of joy and smiled so much it hurt for days, I meditated more and got many downloads in the next 24 hours, then the next day I was hit with a Kundalini awakening, which was very intense and a little painful, but after it was over. I was a completely changed and awakened person. I had no knowledge of any of this before, I just believed there was something more to this life than what we are being told, and wanted to be a better person for myself and for others. The synchronicities held my hand on the way, it had to start from within yourself, the most important thing is LOVE. I felt it was important to know that we are being controlled inside of a negative matrix and are slaves to it, then you can break free of its controls that we have been programmed with our whole lives. I had no knowledge of spirituality because I thought religions were mostly all lies, I had no knowledge of astrological signs, I do not think what day of the month happed to be necessary in my awakening but I was still able to do it. Believe in yourself, be better for yourself, reject the negative lies and controls that this world uses to control you. The elites do hold these secrets and do not want you to find out how to do this. This spirits will guide you when you have take the first steps, look for the signs that they are with you. I see 11 every day so many times it’s had to be a just a coincidence anymore, when you believe, it will begin. Good luck and Love be with us all.

You said u felt ur pineal cracking what did that feel like exactly? Could u hear a cracking noise?
@@mickeyc2137 I think that I could hear it a little, it similar to when your ears are popping or wax being cleared. It’s probably close enough to the ear canal to hear but it was more of a feeling. The calcium layer around the pineal is literally cracking, similar to when you have a kettle with calcium build up in it, it flakes and breaks. I dunno where it goes but it kept cracking for days after the awakening, and felt good every time, it was most often spurred by a thought, it didn’t just happen in it’s own, you have to have a deep understanding inside your mind about something and your pineal responds to the thought. Mine did not begin to decalcify until the moment where I finally had a deep understanding of my negative emotions I had inside me and had Fear leave me.
Also, it felt like a warm water washing down over your brain when it would crack and flow, it’s hard to explain, like a warm hug in your brain. When I had the full secretion, it went down through my whole body and cleansed my blood and healed me. But it’s hard to explain the sensation that came over me each time, it’s like you just took a drug and felt the drug take effect, but it was only in the middle of your head, it was a magical sensation. It was like if you could feel relief and love in a physical form.

I previously told people that I felt the “flow” of my own personal chakras moved opposite of what everyone was expressing- mine initially moved from the top downwards but also was moving from the bottom (root) upwards simultaneously. Almost “meeting” at the heart chakra.
I felt like I was “living backwards” at times- almost a Benjamin Buttons type of scenario or feeling. I’m glad I came across this video to help explain and put into words what I believe I may have been feeling and experiencing.

But like the understanding of this “backwards” flow (relative to others’ understanding), learning Hatha Yoga is also “backwards” progression/regression within this process. In other words, generally you would practice Hatha Yoga to get this point of conscious and subconscious understanding.

Yesterday I past under a big pine tree and a drop of recin from the tree landed in my face, close to one of my eyes. Weird I thought, what the ... was that about. When I got home, my daughter said, mom we forgot the milk on the counter this morning. Then I watched this, and heard Sarah talk about the pineal, pituitary and the secretions. “I” found you yesterday. I was mind blown because I haven’t consciously known a lot in alchemy. I’ve been consciously awaken for a bit more then a year. Worked days and night all days. But my illustrations. And writings is so much of what you talk about. And it all starts to make so much more sense finally. Thank you for being you. During a conversation with the wind, a neighbors dog, the ants, a tree and my higher self, I realized that the ducks have the best gossip. What became abundantly clear is that I'm still learning and that the only thing I know for sure is that I know nothing. Attached to nothing, connected to everything. Water is life. Universal law is do no harm, no one is above the law. Time, like fiat is a construct. Trying to understand any point of a construct from within the confines of the same construct will only result in solutions made of the same construct. dude, when i first had my awakening, i had a secretion.... it stopped at my throat chakra and emanated from their, so i didn´t feel it go down to the base of my spine, or the the heart, but i felt the fluid come down the back of my skull, and down my throat, i had no idea what was happening but still enjoyied the process very much. very grateful for that experience even today many years later.

This process described is somewhat reminiscent of structuring water, in the way that the physical fluid is apparent yet unrealized in its full potential until it has been "structured" by consciousness. Similarly when water has been structured by some form of energy, it is still water, yet it is almost a completely different substance in its ability to hydrate and carry information, etc.
I can't help but wonder, what is it about the moon being in the same sign as your natal sun that creates the conditions for this substance to be realized? And additionally, because my sun is in Taurus, which rules the throat, does the throat have a certain impact on this secretion?
I think I have some research to do!

I have a silly question. Is the lunar cycle based off of each persons individual zodiac or is it a certain phase of the moon that applies to everyone at the same time? There are calendars that show which sign the moon is in or there are websites like moon tracks with real time info. Moon phase has nothing to do with it , just the 2.5 days per month when the moon is in your zodiac.

A little clarity from an experenced practicioner , reguarding the Tongue Mudra .
Sarah , it looked like you were using the point just behind the front teeth .
In Kriya Yoga , this point is pre- kechari Mudra. Interestingly every baby born , is naturally practicing this tongue mudra when we are born . :)
I use this point , through the nightime , while i sleep . :) i have since childhood .
During the daytime , i use stage one , kechari mudra . And its practiced all day long .
Its achieved , by sliding the tongue futher back till you locate the lump on the roof of the palate , just before the soft palate .
We can suction the tongue , to the roof of our mouths , and keep the tip of our tongue connected to the middle of this lump , with next to no effort , relaxed even ;) .
This activates a special internal bio-circuit , connecting the central and governing meridians , known in acupressure . These two meridians connected , create a circlar circuit , when combined with the Breath of Light , which utilises internal muscular contractions , like contractiog the perenium with each inward breath .
The tongue mudra connects the top of the circuit, the perenium contraction , conects the bottom of the central circuit .
As alchemists , we cultivate our breath and switch On , using the tongue mudra , connecting the psychic bridge , and allowing kudalini to rise up into the higher energy centers .

Ah! Esoteric fire as the light of awareness, that was new knowledge to me. In the Kabbalah they have a flame without heat, that sounds similar to the esoteric fire. A cold fire that's order, and heat is entropy (disorder).
In the Bible is the Holy Spirit fire, Moses' burning bush that was burning but not consuming, the tongues of fire on the day of Pentecost, etc.
I've been practicing The Middle Pillar recently and I hope that's somewhat related.
